Fantastic I wish my body was still so limber I loved the floor workout watching you encourages me to keep on trying to get my body back in shape. I have slowly been doing a back bend though my Dr. tells me not to any strenuous workouts cause of my spinal injuries but if I listen to her I would be in constant pain. My one trick of hanging upside down on the pole de-compresses my spine. Again Loved the workout have a Bless night;)

I think it would be sick if there was a reality tv show that went into the lives of dancers, and then every episode they could show a routine the artist did either on stage or back stage like this, that would be a glimpse into how they dance and move etc. this would be a great one that would showcase the feelings of Alethea.
