My LBS (who is a Willier dealer) told me this blue is both an extra $1500 and 200g more!

The spacer above the stem is more of a safety feature (prevents crushing the top of the carbon steerer) than the rider not having his fit dialed in.
@GNX1573 жыл бұрын
I prefer to keep at least 2mm of steerer above the stem on any bikes I build or buy.

@gcn the saddle is a scratch not the nago. It even says it there on the side of the saddle ;)

In contrast to the predecessor Cento10Pro, the Bicycle is unfortunately only available with electronic Shifting, which unfortunately drives up the price unnecessarily. 7200€(Ultegra Di2 Disc) vs 4800€(Rim)5200€Disc Ultegra (Price in Germany)

Looks like a cool bike, although the background in the cover photo gives the impression that it is a sort of super touring bike with a rack on the back!

@davidmartin3053 жыл бұрын
Love the colour way, but 7.4kg!!! gone are the days of mechanics adding weight to keep the bikes UCI legal.
@cubist1123 жыл бұрын
The wheels are the reason. Cool wheels but heavy. Claimed weight is 1720 gram for the pair. Might go up till 1800 for the set of hoops. Could go sub 1500 easy!
@davidmartin3053 жыл бұрын
@@cubist112 That is standard with disc wheels, more centrifugal forces require more spokes and stronger carbon rims. Also the rotor and hydraulic brake system are heavier. I think the riders would prefer 6.8kg over 7.4kg given a choice.
@adgfoto3 жыл бұрын
Like the bike, but are you sure that was a good hub sound. It sounded more like continusly disc-rubbing to me ..

WVA's they showed a while ago is apparently 8.14 kg
@timocallaghan44083 жыл бұрын
@@Bellerophon17 Alaphilippe almost 7.7 kg as well. Almost a 1kg weight penalty, like riding around with an extra two bottles lol. But disc and di2 is the future!

@@Chris-jc3lr there is, but only a slight
@matthiaswuest72713 жыл бұрын
For the vast majority of races, 1 kg is almost negligible - especially at the speed the pros tackle climbs, aerodynamics and rolling resistance are much bigger factors than weight. That being said, I'm sure they'd want to get rid of that extra kg on the Angliru or Mortirolo! 😂
@timocallaghan44083 жыл бұрын
@@Chris-jc3lr System weight is significantly heavier than the lighter groupsets that preceded it.. Look at Sram hydro electric group vs. their rim mechanical 10 and 11 speed groups for example

3:23 lmao I'm sure it does. There's nothing "respectable" about a 15000€ + bike being used by professional athletes weighing 7.4kg. Let alone Wout van Aert's bike
