It takes a lot of talent to play Alex Brightman's role. If you watch the musical or even just some of the songs you will see that the role is very loud and energetic. They constantly run out of breath and in this performance he is even sweating. It also takes alot to play the kids too. They are constantly jumping on stage WHILST having to sing and they have to play their instruments live. (Im aware this was 6 years ago but i still wanted to let you know)

The touring version of this show currently playing venues in Canada and U.S. rivals the film. The music is by Andrew Lloyd Webber and each kid sings, dances and plays their own instruments.
