Alright, I'll admit it, I always thought that Jordan Klepper wasn't that funny, but his performance here was actually top-notch. Yeah, the first amendment... just says "The government can't tell you what to say", right? And even then, if you blatantly break the law, i.e. tell someone (especially someone who has a lawyer so they get taken seriously because that's how justice works right) to kill themself, or to kill someone else, and you're not joking and several witnesses can tell you're not joking, then I'm pretty sure you still get in trouble with the cops. And civilians with no affiliation to government, like say... comedians or late night talk show hosts... can say whatever they like, again, so long as it's not blatantly illegal.
