I'm a hardcore Alex mercer fan. Cole is really cool too. But Alex is on another level of power. One hit from Alex blades and Cole is done. If cole keeps zapping Alex with his normal range electrical attack then Alex will eventually adapt to it. Alex consumed a shit ton of civilians and military soldiers, and scientist. That would make Alex a crazy intelligent person. Cole is a slow platformer while Alex can platform buildings in seconds. Also to point out, Alex is not alive and doesn't have a soul, meaning bio leach and ionic drain ( I think it's called) won't work on Alex. There was a part of a comic of prototype where Alex was chopping wood at a very cold environment. I forgotten how cold, so Alex should be adapted to very cold elements. Even though James heller displayed being adapted to fire at a weaken state, Alex should without a doubt be adapted to is as well. I understand the whole stun baton shit from cross. I believe that was just bullshit added to keep you away from cross. At that point after that fight with him, in theory Alex should be adapted to that baton but who knows. Now if electricity was Alex true weakness then the whole blackwatch army would use electric base attacks. Like what they did to bloodtox. But It wouldn't even matter because Alex could just be immune to it the longer he's exposed to it. Cole is strong and has devastating abilities that would give Alex a challenge. But Alex massive strength,,, high mobility,, armor,,, intelligents,,, adaptibility, and shapshifting powers would be enough for cole. Think about it. Cole is eventually gonna get touch by mercer either way, cole can't keep mercer away for a long time. The moment Alex grabs him then who knows what Alex would do to him. I can see cole having reaction speed advantage but Alex is just WAY to tough. Now I'm talking about good karma cole since he's canon. Oh and to make things easier for Alex, cole would have to make a big explosion which Alex would just let happened,,, shapshifth to a normal civilian and ask for help. Knowing cole would right away attend to him and the moment he helps up that civilian, Alex stabs cole through the chest and maybe consume him.

@@danyel99esp lol also don't listen to this guy since he thinks Alex can adapt to Cole's power but he's adaptation has limits and it won't be long before Cole puts him down for good and his virus has struggled against much less like how long it took him to get his powers back and the fact he is vulnerable to electricity and is never stated to have adapted to it(black watch stopped using batons because Alex is way to dangerous up close for them) and Cole is far to powerful for Alex to survive that long to adapt since Cole is basically shooting nukes(James is a better version of Alex's virus so take his feats and scaling towards Alex with a grain of salt) . For good measure Cole can also detect people in disguises and in a different form and he can resist Alex consuming him since he has resisted atomic destruction and that's way more than anything Alex or the virus has been shown to work on(it's only been shown to work to the molecular level) also bio leach works on anything with bio electricity not souls lol and look who has so much bio mass he can create weapons and he is alive he is legit a living virus. Alex is fast but Cole is way faster and would likely not be tagged so easily ( he has 90% the speed of light reactions best we can do for Alex is 66% due to him taking 69 years worth of info in 11 seconds)

Even though I absolutely love both characters and both series in general. I have to say Cole would be straight cooked by Alex. My man Alex can lift a tank and slice a helicopter in half. Like I said, I love both characters and I'm a huge fan of both but Cole would be struggling his ass off bro. Alex is just far more powerful. Story wise yeah Cole could potentially kick his ass with some type of serum or something but Alex idk how you could kill him. I was getting cooked by dudes with rocket launchers in both inFAMOUS games meanwhile Alex dodges monsters, Tank shells and helicopter missiles all at once. Coles is just gonna get bodied fighting Alex.

also I've seen an entry on the Death Battle fan wiki that did say Alex would win. yeah it's fan made but it's probably the closest we'll ever get to an official Death Battle episode on this. really it's actually a massively one sided fight in Alex's favor. yes Cole is really powerful, probably the strongest character in his game. But Alex is on a whole different level. it'd be like pitting John Wick against Godzilla. yeah John Wick is one of if not the most skilled Assassin in his universe and one of the strongest assassins put to screen, but obviously he wouldn't stand a chance against Godzilla. in this case Cole is John Wick and Alex is Godzilla.

@@Pettam713 I’m aware of Crisis I’ve seen a few of his videos I don’t particularly agree how he scales inFAMOUS or Metal Gear to some extent. Their entire scaling chain revolves around Kessler’s word being true which gets contradicted by his actions so when I discovered that the position became super shaky to me. We know too little about how the moon feat occurs same with the volcanos so it gets really hard to pinpoint where Beast should scale anyways. His entire argument revolves around Kessler being an absolute authority, however the counter arguments you have mentioned before, and the inconsistencies in INFAMOUS proves just how wonky the stance/argument really is. To be frank, I think we can be just as ratty as them and claim that Mercer and heller are moon-small planet busters based on the whip upgrade heller gets in game, directly showing us he can slice the moon in half, but I digress because all upgrades show what heller 'VISUALLY' can do, one upgrade shows that he was comparable to a cheetah, when IN FACT his speed is hundreds of times a cheetahs in game and lore (lowball). I don't like using the wank 'meta', but you get the point that we can be just as ratty as them. You also brought up a point in his metal gear scaling being shaky, and you are indeed correct. I am not sure if you have watched his Raiden vs solid snake fight? In which he made solid snake the winner, when Raiden is consistently in the series a much more powerful threat than all snakes combined. Also, I watched your Cole vid, and I respect where you placed him. He is consistent with your scaling.

Also, something i notice is that James Heller possesses the ability to manipulate air. When he consumes the first Brawler - a transformation happens in the cutscenes, causing the rocks scattered on the ground to defy gravity and levitate into the sky. Furthermore, after consuming the forst Hyder, Heller defies conventional physics by effortlessly floating upward. In Prototype 1, if you use Musclemass ability and the ground spreader (apologies for the forgotten move name) results in a gruesome spectacle. As these powers synergize, the impact on the human targets is devastating; they are torn into a gruesome paste, and Mercer can literally change weather and make himself glow when transforming into his weapons.

this debate has raged among fan communities for years and there is no definitive answer. Both characters certainly have their own advantages: Mercer is incredibly physically powerful and has a multitude of special powers such as his ability to unleash powerful claws, while Cole is armed with incredible electrical powers as well as enhanced mobility and agility. Ultimately, it would come down to which character is able to exploit the weaknesses of their opponent and anticipate their moves. For instance, Mercer has superior physical strength compared to Cole - something that the electricity-wielding hero would struggle against in close combat. However, on the other hand, Cole has superior agility and mobility, and could use this to his advantage to stay out of Mercer’s reach. He also has the potential to use his electrical powers to further disable Mercer or even disable his shape-shifting ability. The sheer power and versatility of these characters makes predicting their fight difficult, but at the end of the day, either one could win. Ultimately, the victor depends on which character is able to make the most of their unique abilities and exploit the weaknesses of their enemy.

People that scale Cole MacGrath: Cole dodges a grenade and he is mach 190. Heller in Prototype 2 can dodge grenade explosions after they blow up. Can react to explosions in slow motion. Can see rain in Slow motion. Cole Scalers: Nah that is a outlier it dosen't count! Cole: Nearly killed by 2 Bozo's with Guns at the end of the game. Describes a car accident as a small death. Cole states the Beast was killed By the nuke. Cole scalers: Nah these are all outliers The Beast tanked the Nuke and Cole canonically nearly dying and having a hertfelt emotional scene with Zeke due to it is a outlier. And the Car accident being a major plotine is also a outlier!!

Beast got hit by nuke which was 51 kt and mercer got caught in 80 kt explosion blast and outcome was almost the same. Also considering supreme hunter wank ,mercer sits above the nuke which he was caught in it.

I don't call you brother cause I like the way it sounds" Also Cole was training on the boat for a few weeks constantly to gain his powers back and he should be most assuradly stronger then a at least early to mid game Infamous 1 Cole given how Cole has accses to: Ion Grenade, Alpha blast (Or L1+X don't hate me cause I forgot it's name) and using the cables around to zip around MUCH faster then previously though possible. And Cole does absorb a Blast Core after this so he should be a lot stronger and still calls the car accident a small death.

@@whaatt-rx3ey Well the 80 kiloton nuke for PT1 is not very consistant. If you use a nuke test you will find out 80 kilotons is not enough to destroy ALL of NYC. A 500 kiloton nuke can. And based on the map of a mission failed screen and the destruction of the nuke if you fail the mission it destroys no small ammount of Manhatten. Heller in PT2 Also grew extremely resistant to heat in PT2 at the literal start of the game (the time when he got burned) and Mercer's goliaths can arguebly fodderize the supreme Hunter. And in PT2 it is conformed Alex Mercer is the pinacle of BlackLight. So it can easily be inferued that he is at least comparable to a fully powered Supreme Hunter.

So according to Cole fans, they think Cole can stomp Alex, now although I don’t agree since in all three of your videos with Alex vs Wesker, Cole’s scaling and this video, you legit go over EVERYTHING that ANYONE on either side can debate, but I do have a few questions from the Cole fans which have gotten me curious as an Alex fan? The first one being could Alex even consume Cole, if he can would it be a one and done thing or would he have to wear him out like he did with the Leader Hunter, or if Alex tried would Cole negate it since his conduit powers go in a molecular scale while Alex’s blacklight virus only goes to cellular level. And a second one being that Cole speed blitz’s and is stronger than Alex? How Cole is faster than Alex is debatable considering their point blank lighting shots from Kessler which easily makes the FTL but I’m more or less confused on how people think that Cole is stronger than Alex soley BECAUSE he went up against Beast who was shown to break the moon and tank a missile which was 51 kilotons, plus they also say that Cole can just use Ionic storm and obliterate Alex or just freeze him due to his adaptability not being “fast enough” Last one is that they say due to The Beasts blackhole/singularity attack, which Cole survived, Alex wouldn’t be able to kill him since, well, Cole survived a black hole and that if it were Alex in his place he’d be vaporize, what do you think about these counter arguments? (Also sorry if I repeat questions which you already answered in the video(s) in in the process of watching the other two)

Can Alex consume Cole: Yes, would he need to wear him down it depends on how strong you think Cole is if you think they’re comparable sure he would likely need to weaken him if not there is a panel in the fist Prototype comic when Alex touched someone and absorbed them practically instantly. Cole has no feats to back up being immune to consumption. Both powers go on the molecular level Funny thing people don’t understand is Kessler isn’t firing lightning that attack he does is called Railgun as stated in 1s prima guide and it’s a stream of pure energy that’s how that gets to light speed but on the point that Cole is faster I disagree Alex can perceive and dodge Greenes biomass shockwave which in prototypes Prima guide is said to be a wave of infected energy and because we don’t know what kind we’d assume it’s pure energy based on occums razor meaning you can get both to light but unlike Cole Alex has several canonical boosts which can be substantiated even without a multiplier while Cole unfortunately doesn’t get the same treatment. This is where people don’t understand inFAMOUS’ cosmology see Kessler isn’t from the future he is from a alt timeline this is also stated in 2s Prima guide and the way they get Cole to scale is off Kessler’s statement which I very much disagree with as his actions contradict his words immensely. Funny thing about the 51 Kiloton bomb if any inFAMOUS fan says the Beast tanked the bomb they are lying to you cause the next time you see him he has to reforge himself from pure energy again like he did at the start of 2 so while he did technically survive he didn’t tank the bomb. The point about his adaptability not being fast enough is full of crap we get examples of this from James who could shake off being burnt fatally the next time they try it’s more of a hindrance then anything deadly, same with Bloodtox he became immune to a biological weapon specifically meant to cause necrosis in anything with Blacklight on inhalement and there is also how he mutated Whitelight down to the molecular level with just his DNA which should be a stronger version of Bloodtox. If they tell you what the Beast does is a black hole or a singularity they are flat out lying that is not what that is they’re guessing based on looks alone the Prima guide for 2 only says it’s a gravity well if they want to infer it’s a black hole or a singularity they would need to source that not assume that. What do I think of there counter points honestly awful a lot of what they say comes from either a lack of knowledge or disingenuously lying about stuff That’s fine always happy to answer questions it’s what usually do when I stream to be honest that’s specifically what there for

@@balrogblaze9064 also one question of my own, would Alex be able to use Heller’s abilities like have bullets bounce off of him, the tendrils Heller gains by consuming the Hydra and other things since Alex gave him the virus in the first place? I mean Alex is still vulnerable to bullets in the first game but as you stated and I just said, Heller was able to evolve into literally just having bullets bounce off of him so I’m guessing Mercer could do the same? (Sure that doesn’t mean Alex gave him those abilities but he gave him the virus which Heller gained those abilities on his own but I’m pretty sure in the scene where Alex tries to consume Heller but fails, he uses an ability similar to tendrils that Heller gained)

Cole’s electrical powers with his strongest attack has a set wattage that gets him to town level (I have the calculation in my Cole video) his powers didn’t take down the Beast it hurt him at most but the Beast is a good example of Cole not having the regen negation capable of putting Alex down regardless who you think has the better stats No not by a long shot Alex regenerated from if you go by the credits a 65-90 kiloton bomb but if you go with a calc that’s more accurate to what the bomb was stated it was going to do gets it into the 6.3-100 megaton range (I go over this in my Alex Mercer Vs Albert Wesker video) That’s a false equivalency you have no reason to assume Alex wouldn’t be able to adapt especially cause you don’t specify where you believe Cole’s lightning sits No he survived, the crow sped up his healing we know he wouldn’t have died cause the Supreme Hunter regenerated from a biomass puddle smaller then a bath tile with literally nothing aiding him Again to see where I put these characters check out the two other videos they may answer whatever questions you may have

@balrogblaze9064, I hope you don't mind some constructive feedback - I found your videos quite enjoyable. However, I'd like to share my perspective on Cole's power level. In my opinion, he's at least in the Large Mountain category when it comes to his potency. What stood out to me was his ability to significantly damage the Beast, even without the assistance of the RFI. If his attacks had been ineffective, that would be one thing, but the fact that he inflicted substantial harm suggests his considerable power. Regarding Alex's survival, it was a close call for him, it is a very good feat. I believe Cole's power could potentially disintegrate any remaining biomass. Moreover, if we adhere to the Death Battle rules, Cole would be the default winner (if that would be the outcome). We witnessed a similar scenario in the Billcord episode, where Discord, though technically alive, had a painfully slow soul regeneration process (taking at least a week). Therefore, even if Alex were somehow able to withstand Cole's formidable strikes, he would still be considered the loser based on these rules. However, matters become more complex when we step away from the confines of the Death Battle rules. but it also depends on how fast his adaptibilty is, if it is instant then i can mabye see a agrument, but if it takes time you can't be mad to assume that cole would not just go for the kill as fast as he can.

@@MforMythicron Constructive feedback is always appreciated That significant damage was only done by both the Lighting storm and Ionic Lightning but the problem with the Beast is we can’t say he tanked the lightning see the Beast being capable of regenerating from that is good but it does make his durability wonky as he was also seriously hurt by a 51 kiloton bomb to the point he had to regenerate from energy so it’s extremely hard to say whether or not his durability does sit there. Close call or not is up for debate. The problem with asserting Cole’s lightning could disintegrate him is 1. his lightning has never been shown to be able to do that to anyone 2. During the fight there is a good chance Alex would become heavily resistant to immune before Cole resorts to using those attacks 3. Alex’s scales to James who became immune and unbothered by being fatally burnt once. Death battle have been strict and lax with there rules a lot depending on the match up but if you were to get into there mind it would come down to could Cole permanently kill Alex or would his regen basically make him unkillable to Cole which with we go by this Alex should be the winner This is another false equivalence as Discord lost cause Bill actually had a way to permanently kill him regardless of his regeneration unlike Cole he has never demonstrated being able to kill someone who has regen on par with Alex. Alex’s and Blacklights adaptation is pretty much instant if not extremely quickly we have examples of this via Bloodtox in lore Alex is only briefly engaging with a biohazard specifically meant to kill him and he became immune, does this again to a stronger version of Bloodtox in Whitelight to the point he infected all shipments down to the molecular level and with James being able to become bulletproof, and immune to the heat of an incinerator so if the adaptation isn’t instant is damn near The problem with that logic is Cole no matter who he fights doesn’t always resort to the big moves first as shown in the comic and Bertrand hell he doesn’t even do it to the Beast until severely driven into a corner So I’ve addressed this crow could be sequel bait sure but the Supreme Hunter earlier in the game shows it’s not necessary for him to survive just sped it up Well this depends by all fairness they can do one of two thing 1 neither gets access to any extra biomass or electricity during the fight or you allow both to have full reign if they decide to only give Cole electricity and nothing for Alex that’s a bit unfair

I don't want to sound like that guy. but you've massively overestimated the speed of both of these characters. on foot Cole is about as fast as an Olympic sprinter but is much faster when grinding on wires or rail roads. I don't know the exact speed at which Cole can grind but probably around 50 to 100 mph I'm sure. and Alex can run anywhere between 100 to 500 mph which is insane but neither character gets close to lightspeed. which btw is virtually impossible to have any video game character run that fast so...

Cole can't disintegrate at the atomic lvl. The beast was disintegrated by the RFI. Which doesn't effect non conduits.

Alex Vs Kratos ehh not so sure Kratos definitely scales higher around the island to country range speed should be comparable but I think Kratos’ lack of ways to put Alex down plus Alex being able to infect him may give him the win Cole Vs Spiderman isn’t bad depending on which Spiderman but I think outside of a few games Spiderman should consistently be able to win this one but this is just based off what I’ve heard for Spiderman so I could be wrong
