Unable to use alexa on my GTS 2e , although it's connected to phone via bluetooth and the phone is also connected to wifi also...tried factory reset for watch...still it show that watch needs to be connected to phone and phone should be connected to internet...any remedy for this ??? Plzz help

Thats strange you did everything, was your watch connected to another phone in the past as if it was one thing you can try is forgetting the watch from the previous phones bluetooth settings and see if that helps. Hi I think what may have happend is when you did factory reset the watch got downgraded and the software/one plus health app is updated so try to un install and re install the one plus health app and see if that works.

No it does not have LTE so you cant make a call but you can receive a bluetooth audio call, With an update amazfit can add a number pad to dial a bluetooth audio call but cant add LTE. Good afternoon, how are you? I'm from Brazil and I really need your help. I bought the GTR 2e on December 9th and to this day I haven't been able to configure offline voice commands or Alexa. In fact, these options don't even appear for me on the smartwatch, as I see in the videos I've already watched here on youtube. The app is updated (10/13/22), I already signed in with the Amazon Alexa account, but it doesn't work. I believe that the smartwatch may not be updated, but I don't find an update option on it either, I don't know how to do it. I've searched a lot on the internet and nothing, I sent messages to several youtube channels, but no one responds. Can you help me? Awaiting return. Thank you very much in advance.

Got Alexa to work here in Sweden with the latest update/firmware on GTR 2e. But not with Google account. Created an amazfit account and told it that my region was USA. And it worked and need to speak in English. A fun feature but because of the region setting now all the measurement in Zepp is imperial. So will probably change it back to my Google account later. It's a fun feature would be nice to have but I'll wait I think until Swedish is fully supported. Sad that I could not just set my region to Sweden but turn on Alexa with the caveat I need to speak English with Alexa.
