pour écumer la confiture il faut une écumoire.....il te faudrait aussi (afin d'être un peu moins "crapouille") un entonnoir à bocaux... et pour ne pas passer des heures à te curer les dents le mieux serait de faire de la gelée! (conseil de notre mère)! à bientôt bisous bisous, ta ptite sœur qui t'aime! ;-)

As soon as it's boiled, you stop or you'll damage some sort of protein thingy (idk what it's called) that solidfy the jam. If you keep boiling it which I've did in the past, the jam stays very runny.

Ma mére le faisait exactement comme ça! Seulement en Russie nous mettons tout la confiture dans un grand pot au lieu de nombreux petits pots, ha-ha. Mais pourquoi il faut enlever la écume? Je pensais toujours que ma mére a fait ça pour moi, donc je peux manger cette écume car elle est vraiment bien, lol.
