Sven Botman was MOTM for me. Of course the second half attacking afterburners will take the headlines but go back and watch him basically hold us together in the game in the first half.

@elixirix He done a bad pass across the back line the week after to tripier too but it didn't leas to anything. And his pen giveaway too. But it was all in like 3 games in a row, amazing considering that these mistakes are so easy to remember cause he hardly makes any, I mean was those 3 mistakes I thought to myself this is unusual, yet 1 of them led to nothing lol and since then he's been solid. Been following Isak since his debut in Allsvenskan for AIK. CLASS, professionalism, great mentality, work ethic etc. Newcastle has gotten their hands on a real diamond of football. With Eddie Howe as a coach the sky seems to be the limit both for Newcastle and Isak. Been a pleasure to see the Geordies play this season and that's coming from an Arsenal fan.

Top video report Craig as always For me Eddie Howe deserves Manager of the year It stands out a mile For the game I watched Newcastle seemed to weather the storm in the first 25 minutes , the Wilson goal put the Everton fans to bed in the stadium after that first goal went in . The Everton offside goal if stood could have changed the course of the game ,we dodged a bullet by an inch there! Newcastle have so much confidence at present it stands out a mile We can pick out individuals each game but for me the team on and off the pitch collectivity all are heros in all different roles and positions in my eyes The choices Eddy has in team selection at present must be a nice one to have and he still has Maxi to comeback I am glad Eddie Howe gave Anth Gordon a run out with some 8 minutes or so I thought this was great move by him as it will help Gordon to move on from his past club Safe trip back up to Newcastle Craig , hope you and your family have a great weeked Look forward to your next report on Sunday hopefully reporting on another win and 3 points after the Southampton game 🇲🇨🏴⚽️👍²

Even now, I don't think other teams would take players like Murphy, Longstaff, Schar. But we bloody love them. That's why I'm not even fazed when players like McTominay are linked. Any player under Howe improves 200%.

Hi Craig, thanks for another video. Credit to Everton for making it a rugged game for us in the first half. Their press caused us some discomfort and limited our creativity in the middle of the park. I actually liked the rotations, fresh legs of Targett and Miggy (who I think looked off btw). Joelinton was class as usual, grafted in that first half, broke up play and showed real potency at the other end of the pitch with an assist and a headed goal that required some technique. That Isak assist was something special, world-class. What a player he is. I love my team!!! I was happy when that hoover was switched off btw 😅

I watched the game last night and immediately saw Thierry Henry in Isaak - his lightning pace and balance, close control and grace is something I’ve not seen since Henry so good shout on that Craig. Some top performances last night … Joe Linton continues to get better and, again, Yaya Touré like is also a good shout who would have believed that! Bruno kept things flowing, breaking up play and putting his foot in as well as creating, Dan Burn immediately made the back 4 look more solid when he came on so let’s not underestimate his contribution either. Basically, you could go through the team and have something to say about each of them. They seem to have the ability to be combative when needed and combining it with quick attacking football with a solid base …. Not unlike Klops Liverpool when they were at their best ?

You know what I thought this yday too, and many turned us down for the champs league who probably won't get it next year and we will, even without Europe youbare right many players we will just bypass now and go straight for the better ones. That's why I love Trips and Bruno, they cane when we were bottom and instead of wanting release clauses if we go down they said no, and they would make sure we don't go down. The mentality of that is huge

Willock needs a mention imo. One assist, almost scored a screamer, almost two goals. Something which also hasn't been mentioned is his overlapping run against Spurs which led to Joelinton being able to take it past their defender for the first goal which opened the floodgates. You can see the Spurs defender track Willock for just a second which pulls him off balance and creates the gap.

Craig I agree with Wilson as motm, that’s why Howe started him because he knew two big physical centre backs would do anything they could to win the ball and this is Wilson’s strength when he’s 100% fit he loves the fight against these types of centre backs he never stopped working all night long and once Everton chased the game that’s exactly the plan Howe hoped for because our football just grew and showed why we are 3rd top and that’s where we will finish. As for Isak and that run that needs to be shown all over social media unbelievable skill it needs all the attention it gets just like Willock and his assist against Spurs as these are special special skills that you won’t see every week no matter which team you support. 🖤🤍🖤🤍
