At 56, this classic cut takes me back to 1988, Monterey California. I was stationed at ft. Ord Ca. for four years, and this song hits me, literally. My boys and I would go to the mall throughout the week to get fresh rags to wear to the club that Friday and Saturday. Man that time seems like it was 20 minutes ago, great vibes, great music, no thugs in the club, no guns, no violence, just straight up macking, getting your drink on, and seeing what female you're going to leave the club with...I need a time machine NOW!
