@pollitah Hey, that's a cool re-titling of it. :) I just read in an interview (with Vin Butler) that he had lived with his father in Texas as a child. May have gotten it wrong. I went on to assume that was where he had it from, but like any actor worth his salt, surely he is able to morph his accent any way he wants.

@MaricaAmbrosius He was practicing for his role in Straw Hats.. That's the only reason he had a southern accent in this period.. Check out his recent interviews.. Like the one on Regis and Kelly or his graduation one.. He has no trace of the country accent.. You can even try his HBO PSA on bullying.. There is NO accent :)

@pollitah He speaks with a southern accent in True Blood too... pretty sure that's just his normal English speaking accent now. I know a lot of Norwegian people who learned to speak English with a slightly British accent, same thing.

In fact, I watched a video where he said that he would go to bed with his fangs in when he first got the part of Eric .. (What an interesting thought lol) But yeah, Alex Skars is amazing :)

It needs to live up to more symptoms such as traditions, culture, common physical traits and genes for it to be race. Hating satanists for instance is not defined as racism.
