I'm truly impressed that a 25 day calender has 22 full sized items, and there were 10 mini items plus 5 samples. Space NK is setting the bar high for value vs cost and for the overall experience. It was nice to see how much fun Alexandria was having doing this unboxing, though the rants for the not so good calenders are fun to watch too.

Fun fact….Saskatoon is a city in the province of Saskatchewan in Canada and is named after these delicious little berries. I grew up going Saskatoon berry picking and it sounds more fun than it actually is, but they make delicious pies so it’s worth the mosquito bites.

How I know about Saskatoon berries is from a nice friend on Facebook that's from Manitoba and makes Saskatoon berry pies and jam. She told me that they're closely related to blueberry or huckleberries.

Happy New Year! The "blush" you had on your face on Christmas Day is called a malar rash. It's why a butterfly is the symbol for lupus, because the rash looks a little like a butterfly on the face. Sometimes a cool washcloth (or flannel! lol) on your cheeks can calm it down a bit. If you get the rash frequently, your rheumatologist may be able to prescribe a cream to help. Please know that you are not alone in dealing with this stuff!

I started following you a few years ago when I went through a horrible separation from my kids' dad. He was very abusive and made it so difficult for me to leave. I purchased this advent calendar myself and some things that was really sweet was when it was late , space nk gave like a £10 voucher to apologise. I also have found a lot of new makeup faves from this. especially that cream cleanser. Personally i wished there wasn't so many serums as there's only so many you can use. but would rather a few more moisturizer, cleanser or even a toner so you could do a whole skincare routine with it. I also reacted the same with getting a sun cream on the last day, i also thought 'wow.. Alexandria is going to not be impressed' :D but im so glad you also enjoyed it

I absolutely LOVE the K18 leave in hair mask! I am growing out my hair to its natural gray:salt and pepper. So my hair dresser can “lift”the old color more aggressively- my hair is staying soft and not even a little crunchy bc I have been using the detox shampoo once weekly, the damage shield once/ twice weekly followed by 4 minute leave in mask 2-3x weekly to keep my hair from being super dry and frizzy. It doesn’t have great reviews on Sephora, but it has helped me so much, despite the price point, I will keep using- even after I have all of my natural salt and pepper hair. Only a small amount of shampoo is needed, so it lasts for a long time. Great product. So, end of commercial, LOVE advent season with you every year, Alex! ❤❤❤❤❤

Lol it's so funny bc my fiancé gave me the same pink and purple sephora advent calendar as surprise that you have. A muslin or flannel cloth is referring to using a 100% cotton fabric with a tight weave & soft hand that doesn't shed fibers. It's a basic fabric, but great for face washing/make-up removal and cleaning delicate items.
