Theres something profoundly ironic and tragic that, despite the whole Arg being about how creators are sometimes backed into creating content they dislike for sucess, people still want the theories. In fact, I've seen a bunch of reaction channels cut out the cinamatic bits of theories calling them 'boring'. Which is a shame, i really like the narrative, and while the theory content is fun, i really prefer the other Args alex has made (the pizza man, old root). Im really glad that the final theory video is coming back, i miss the other cinematic videos. Moral of the story: do what you like, not what others demand

It is kinda sad, but I believe that’s the point, of his Muse story I mean. In the end of The Muse, Alex (the character) was faced with the fact that he wouldn’t be nearly as successful without his muse, said muse even telling him straight up that he’ll fail without him. Alex knows this and doesn’t care, squishes his muse, and is finally free to do what he wants now. Alex (the actual guy) was aware that the SpongeBob theories were always gonna be his main attraction on the channel, he had already planned to use whatever would be the golden goose of his channel to be the catalyst for The Muse, to make his message/theme of his story all the more true. So I’m pretty sure Alex also knew that he was never gonna receive the same retention again without his SpongeBob theories, but that’s okay, he’s doing what he enjoys anyway. He also genuinely enjoyed making the SpongeBob theories, and this is just a nice send off for the people were really were just there for them

Hey Alex, discovered your channel on a whim literally a week ago after trying to find long form videos to watch and settled on watching SpongeBob theories as I'd recently gotten into the show. Before even getting through 3 episodes of your series, I decided to browse your channel to see if you'd made anything else, and man, was I in for a surprise. Looked through all the past ARGs you did, watched and was enamored by your Don't Feed the Museum films, and even binged through all of Promos and left very impressed by your writing and directing talent. I got here through your SpongeBob content but I've barely watched any of it because your actual films are frankly way more compelling. That being said I do legitimately enjoy your theory videos (including and especially your Pixar video). I don't know if this new compilation will be a sincere re evaluation of the series that most of your current audience knows you for, or if it's building to another long term project, but I'm excited either way because it's clear that this project has been an undertaking for you. I look forward to seeing it, and while I wait, there's still plenty of your short films I haven't even seen yet! Best of luck, Alex!

I'll be honest, whenever the SpongeBob theories came out, I used to just skip to the film parts cause of the Don't Feed The Muse ARG. But seeing that the Don't Feed The Muse ARG is done now, I can finale watch this 4 hour and a half of SpongeBob conspiracies without having to worry about having to see if there's any film parts that I missed! Although, I do hope that sometime in the future there's a compilation of all the Don't Feed The Muse films, including 2 and 3, put together into one big film.

I'm glad. I've been wanting a compilation without the Muse stuff for a while. The muse stuff was good but it's annoying on a rewatch. I do think it's unfair for people in the comments to say "people shouldn't ask you to do more of this,you make other good content". Not everyone likes creepy horror stuff or finds it interesting. If you found this channel through the SpongeBob theories and subscribed for that,people can't fault you for wanting more or not taking an interest in something so completely different. You aren't obligated to do something you don't want to do but you did also choose to make more of that content when it worked,you knew you were growing your channel with people who would want more of that.
