Instagram detects when you use automation and they don't like it. Also, how do you send a DM to someone with a private account?

ManyChat will only send DMs to people who have commented a keyword. In other words, they are opting in to receive an automated DM. It may not be able to send to send to a private account depending on that person's settings.

I started an automation just like the video and for some reason is not working :( I'm trying to understand why and maybe it's because it doesn't work with people coming from paid traffic? My friend, who follows me, left a comment with the keyword and it worked perfect! but all the traffic coming as cold leads from paid ads are not working. Could that be why is not working? There are different definitions for the term Bot. In this case, it is an automation system, that only works on people who actively engage and agree to be contacted. There is no unwarranted outreach involved. :)
