This was my first workout with you. I had "arm day" on vacation, so went hunting on YT and found you. This was great! I was pleasantly surprised about the mind-muscle connection I could make wtih those plank rows and the bent over flys. Would never have thought that. And the variety of push-ups kept it interesting while really burning out the chest. Just a great overall workout, and really appreciated your cueing. I'll be back for more! Thank you!

this workout helped me transform my body! In the past 6 months Ive used this among others but this was the most efficient upper body no equipment workout on youtube, leaving no part of the upper body! As someone who struggled to go to the gym this has now given me the confidence to take it to the next level! But the results from this alone were crazy! ofcurse good nutrition and daily steps of 15k to 20k were key as well! thanku lots alex! ure like my personal trainor haha

It's the best home workout I've found for upper body so far without a doubt. Not only it feels the burn so bad inmediatly but also the sweats are unbelieveable. I've been looking for a really efective upper body workout that can help with building muscle and stregth. This has the whole package. I feel really "hulk" myself after doing it hahah jut kidding. I'm really really thankful Alex! keep going with these kind of routines!

I do generally prefer weights, but this was a great one during some recent travel when I couldn't get access to a gym. Much more emphasis on the back than I find other bodyweight programs offer. Will definitely come back to this routine!

Hi alex, I juss started today, For me the 1st section was challenging , im not able finish the 3rd set of 1st section, and frankly speaking the 4 the section was a betrayal, i could even push 30 seconds into the push up , But still im gonna keep up with this video practising atleast 4 days a week , hope it will build my arm and shoulder strength,

Ok so I just got done with this workout and it was brilliant!!!😃 EPIC! I did my leg with weights first then this.. no regrets!! I only had to put my pride aside at the last few seconds on the wide push-up in round 3! 💪🏼 had I know only 5 more sec I would have liked myself lol! Thank you for this workout!!! U ROCK! HUGS

I tried this one for the first time a couple of weeks ago and laughed when you described the finisher. Managed maybe ONE push up and ~15 seconds of the Y to W. Today I got probably 12 push ups in and nearly all the Y to W 🎉 It's really cool to see the progress. Thanks Alex!

Gonna doing this for as long as i can. slim fit 17 year old girl tryna gain some muscle. Start- 1/12/24, Day 1: Got up to section 2 then had to stop as i had to do stuff. Felt burn and good after the workout. Day 2: I did each section twice as my arms and shoulder were still burning (i did push myself but only to the point I physically felt i couldn't). Overall i feel very good, I've been having protein more and drinking water more, im trying to reduce how much junk i eat as i have been consuming that alot lately (I've got a fast metabolism) Day 3: Ended up skipping. But did it later on Day4: Completed the whole video, Im definitely seeing my muscle grow and show out alot more. Day 5: Woke up at 5am to do this workout before school and I felt good. I very much see the growth in muscle Day 6: Ended up skipping. but did it later. Day 7: I didnt have time to do it. ( Covered in the morning of day 8) Day 8: woke up at 9am and did the workout two times to cover for today and me missing yesterday. Im gonna do two more later on to make up for the rest missed. Besides that i can see a very big difference in day 1 from now lol i really got muscles Day 9:I did this and my muscles feel tense but in a good way. Day10: Day 11: did the work out and i can see my arms continuing to grow alot of muscle

Yes, it’s not for beginners, especially the last set. Tap shoulder and push up?! My arm just won’t listen to me anymore during that last set. But a good exercise definitely! I am in full sweat now!

It depends on your fitness level and amount of muscle, but this definitely can be enough to build muscle!! 😄💪💪💪
