i dont know if you'll see this since this video is 4 years old but this is a favorite of mine. 50 minutes long and i felt it all the way through it! please make more of these lengthy and impactful routines!! i keep coming back to this one whenever i want to push my body harder!!

This was a killer workout. But Nicole is so relaxing to listen to so it isn’t stressful. I really appreciate when someone teaches a fitness class that is TOUGH but is so peaceful while doing it. Sometimes it’s a little much to have all the peppy hype that other fitness people do. Thank you for your quality content!! Also your background is beautiful!

I've been doing your workouts for almost 2 years now, I even did them during my pregnancy, which made me connect with my breath, body and baby every time! Unfortunately, I had to stop at the end of my pregnancy, and now I am soooo happy to finally going back to it while recovering from birth and finding my strength again. im only 16yo who weight 70kg two months ago and now im 60kg!! i have been doing nicole's workout for TWO MONTHS and i lost 10kg! i do her 50mins and 30mins pilates twice. it do feel like hell at first but i never stopped (its bc im desperate to be skinny). THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO DO IT!!! TY NICOLE😭❤️

I've been doing Nicole's workouts for 16 months, 5 days a week. I usually don't have time for this 50 minute session, but it is one of her best and hardest! I'm working today (Christmas, nurse) and this was the perfect way to start my day- taking care of myself, and feeling grateful for so many positive changes in my life. ❤

For almost 6 months I have been following Nicole's pilates videos, alongside swimming twice a week and I've lost 19kg. Absolutely credit my ability to maintain a healthier diet to finding how much I enjoy pilates and combining it with swimming. All of the videos are instructed so well I can just listen along if using my phone to watch and know exactly what to do, without fully watching. This is one of my favourite full body workouts!

I'm portuguese , I'm 71years old and I'm working my body at home every day since the beginning of the pandemic. I've been doing your classes, and others too. I think this is the best class I've ever done. This complete class works almost all the muscle groups in a strong way. Some exercices were hard, but they were importants to evolve. Thank you very much Nicole, you are a great professional.

I have tried a lot of workouts with many popular KZbinrs, but it was never a real pleasure until I found you. Working out along with your videos makes me feel safe, calm, strong, and cared for. I feel that every move I make is good for me and this is so new and exciting feeling! I appreciate every component of your videos: the combination of exercises that is never boring, the way you lead, that makes me stick to it even when it's tough, the music you include that calms me, the way you explain the exercises that is so clear, and there are so many workouts to choose from! Nicole is an amazing instructor. She has a soothing and calming voice. She also gives very good instructions with each exercise. I especially like how she reminds you to breathe properly.

Thank you for uploading another workout! I do a combination of your workouts each day adding up to 1 hour every time, and I am seeing great results very fast! You are an excellent instructor. Nicoles workouts are hands down the best on YT. I’ve been working out with her videos for around 3 years now and I developed serious core strength. And i used to be extremely (!) weak in the core. One of my favorite Pilates instructor on this platform. She has a wonderful ballet background that enables her to cue the body. Not easy to do on an online platform. She’s fully aware of modifying the moves keeping each of her classes fun and challenging. This class was truly enjoyable, well choreographed and carefully structured for us mere mortals. Her soothing voice and music background kept me calm during the challenging sequences. Thank you Nicole for a soothing class ❤

This is just a small wave in the wide sea of compliments you receive, but I simply want to say how glad I am to have found your channel, and how much stronger and more flexible I've felt since I started doing your workouts almost every day. Now I just smile within the first few seconds of every video hearing your sweet "hello everyone". This one is among my favourite - I think most people like the 30-40 minute workouts better, but when I want to work out for an hour I find it so hard to click on another video after dying for 30 minutes haha! LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS!! I just started Pilates a few weeks ago and I absolutely love your classes, they are effective and enjoyable! I don’t have to force myself to work out, I’m looking forward to it! I agree with comments about nutrition, would love to know what you eat before/after a workout, and how many times a week do you suggest exercising. I look forward to do the stretch workout, I’m not flexible at all, but I hope to improve that with your workouts☺️

Thank you so much, Nicole! One of the toughest Pilates classes I have ever taken. The workout is so incredibly and beautifully challenging, I could actually feel my body sculpted while exercising. Love how you gradually raise the difficulty level and prepare us for the more challenging exercises. I love your teaching style! Somehow you are able to make challenging classes that are also very calming. The background music, setting, cues, etc are all perfect. My posture has gotten so much better since starting with Nicole. Girl! literally have been doing Nicole's pilates for three weeks and I try to do it every day. Definitely noticed a difference in strength and my body overall. I love doing this!

Absolutely love these videos!!! I have seen such a huge change in my body since doing pilaties. The lean muscle and strong core i have gotten is incredible. I have always worked out and used weights but i havent seen a difference in muscle growth or definition or core muscle until i have started doing all of her pilaties workouts! Thank you so much this is much appreciated. To anyone thinking if these work stay consistant and keep working hard it pays off

This was my first time trying one of your uploads, and there were so many moves I hadn't done in other Pilates videos which really made me burn and sweat! Barely even noticed the length of the class because of the variety and challenge. Thanks!

Another fabulous (and, yes this was really challenging!) workout! These new exercises were really terrific, and I appreciate how you walk us calmly through each step so we can get it right. I loved the stretching at the end, and definitely needed it. Now I am ready to start the day! Thank you!

I have always been active, but as I am aging, a long term back injury has really created discomfort and pain during my normal workouts. I am so glad to have found your pilates workouts on youtube!!! I feel so refreshed and look forward to exercise again now that I am aiming to incorporate your videos twice a week. These seriously kick your butt... but you have such a calming and peaceful demeaner that it makes the entire workout difficult, but thoroughly enjoyable. I feel challenged yet ready to take on the day when I am finished. So glad I found your page!!!!!

I just did this today and wow my glutes are firing. I can't do the whole glute exercise without pausing 😭 Nicole you are so great, i love your video.. i dont know how u can do the whole thing 🙄 I hope i'll become better and better 💪

Not sure if anyone has similar feeling, but older workouts feel so much more challenging, maybe the length plays a role as well. This one was challenging, but very doable and I think works much better than the 30 minute workouts, even if the temptation is big to do a 30 min workout instead of a longer one. Maybe we should get at least one full (that is 50min to 1 hour) workout each week. This one really burned, all of the sets. Thank you!

I find them all challenging. I feel like there is a bit more breathing space to get into position in the longer ones, which makes them a bit more relaxing and perhaps there is a bit more of a stretch? With the shorter ones, it depends on the type I think.

Целую неделю откладывала этот пилатес, и вот, только сегодня наконец-то смогла подарить телу с утра должный уровень силовой нагрузки! Ну а её комбинация с плавной, мягкой растяжкой определенно оставило от этого видео след в моем сердечке. А то каким кайфом это оказалось в сочитание с мягкой растяжкой в полной мере не описать не описать никакими словами...
