Did this on push day during a deload week instead of weights. It is currently a little over 24 hours since I did the workout and my triceps feel sore every time I reach up to my ear to adjust my headphones 🔥

Had to take 40 - 50 seconds rest , but done. I did almost all on harder variation (more than half of diamond push ups and hindu push ups done on harder) other than that all on harder❤❤

Hey Alex! Great workout man! Really tough and had to push myself! I was wondering if you could give me some advice though. I’ve got scoliosis and one shoulder sits lower than the other. I’ve been working out at least 5 days a week for about 8 years now but my push-ups are still trash. I feel like my left pectoral isn’t engaging fully to help my right push up. Do you have any suggestions on how I can compensate and improve my push up game?
