This is very much needed, I love to do these as some form of "reset" or to "recalibrate" my self whenever I have the chance I'm at home or between work shifts.

Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

Hola!! Great stretching exercises… do you recommend doing this at the start of a swim workout?

With the back-stretch (exercise #1) I always find it feels really good to also include different arm angles from 6-o'clock to around 1-o'clock. Feels like you are doing different areas of that muscle group... But I have never seen anyone include it in a video. Am I wrong? Does anyone know whether that has any benefits/negatives?

It was actually relaxing but I cant do the breathing part. That's the hardest. I have always had trouble with breathing I am a shallow breather.
