ok this was great! coming from a complete beginner with no idea how to use the bands he bought I really enjoyed this and your presentation, and I feel it in my biceps as promised! I thought it was easy until section 2 😂 Looking forward to doing it again, cheers!

I do this workout twice a week followed by your extreme push workout and one of your kettlebell workouts all in a row. The muscle gains are coming thank you so much. 👊💥👊💥

This workout is awesome! Thanks so much. Anyone experiencing pain in the hands? With the first position especially. I think I might be doing something wrong? It's a bit uncomfortable and painful after some reps

Get some inexpensive gloves. Walmart sells some green and black work gloves that are perfect for use with the bands

Yeh try to get the best position for you. Some people wear workout gloves when using bands

Hello Alex, moving in with the in laws for a few months due to building so wont have access to my home gym. Am going to sign up to your resistance band programme but was just wondering what length/strengh selection to order before I do . Any suggestions?

Lots of options 😄 you could just get creatine. Or there is creatine in some of the pre workouts. Or my favourite is the vegan all in one which has creatine in for after workouts 😄👊

I have more pain in deltoid muscle than the biceps)) But it is very nice exercise and it goes to my notes (with the same video for triceps)! (p.s. Subscribed!)

How to engage the forearms too much? I find that I could go further with biceps but my forearms get too sore.

It’s ok, forearms are a part of the movement too. Keep going and they’ll get stronger and will be less of an issue 😄💪

Not necessarily. If you want to do super strict curls, sure, but there’s something to be said about not always having “proper form.” Cheater curls and half-reps (aka “shorties”) are oftentimes where the gains we’re all looking for come from. Have a great day and be safe out there.

Yeah my biceps really feel pumed after long time, I had to stop going to the gym, and I am still working out with resistance band. That third exercise from 1st group exercise doesn't make me feel that my beceps ar pumping or not bcoz band is Draging me dawn 😂
