Alex, I can’t say enough good things about your fitness band videos to date. They are now my daily routine because they are effective, unique with much variety and more importantly I find you to be a trusted fitness trainer. Keep up the great work!

Really glad to see a resistance band focused playlist and a video workout without too much added commentary, where the trainer is actually doing the workout. This video is now one of my regular chest references. It's awesome when you say: "Don't Stop" or "Keep Going". I've lost 17 kgs so far and will keep going!

This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, kzbin.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

Depends on your goals and how heavy the weights were. But YES you can do so much with bands if you follow the right workouts / plans. Have you tried my resistance band plan in my app yet? Free for first 30 days nothing to lose 😄💪💪💪

This really pumped up my chest. I also added single arm chest press with these bands by creating a variation of hand movement and the side I am facing. And yes. I thought you are being modest while performing the push-up when you put your knees down but after actually experiencing the tension in the 2nd set even I had to use my knees.

Hey @AlexCrockford, I'm also interested to know too if you are going to make a resistance band workout program any time soon. I recently started the band work out, and it would be nice to follow a whole workout program. I found you on here by chance and I like how you teach. You are amazing and thanks for sharing. If you feel the need to squeeze your back that may mean that they are the dominant muscles being used, focus on pushing the chest up and having narrow hands to squeeze the chest and get that contraction. Hope this helps

If this is more workout volume than your muscles are used to abs you’re supporting it with the right nutrition then yes.
