To the people saying you should buy a used big name brand club instead of cheap: Tour Edge puts a lifetime warranty on all of their products. John Daly won the PNC with a C721 driver (and 12 other Tour Edge clubs in the bag). You're just mad you can't break 80 with a $600 driver and $1,500 irons 🙂

Had Tour Edge 9 degree driver and 13 degree 3 wood in the bag since 2007. Paired with Mizuno MP60's, these were faithful friends and were only recently been replaced with some ST hardware and 245 irons. Wasn't only the clubs that were getting old! Shame the E725 wasn't around in July 24...

I got my E725 about three weeks ago. I’ve had it out on the course for three rounds and love it. I already have a lot of confidence driving the ball with the new driver. It’s a keeper.

I have an E723 and it is hard for me to imagine a more forgiving driver! My mishits go like 90% of my good hits distance. Savvy shopper tip: Given that the changes from model year to model year don't help the average golfer that much, you can get previous year versions at a significant discount. I got mine for like $250.

Mate you make me chuckle. You crack me up every time. Can you put a different weight in the back? This one is 17gr.? Can you put in, say, a 5gr. Weight? That would make it forgiving, but also quicker (for my old bones). I’ve tweaked a PXG 0311 gen 5 with 2.5gr in the heel and toe, and 5gr in the back; got my head speed up by 6mph, ball speed up by 9mph. Also increased loft by 1 degree, a stiffer shaft with lower kick point, so higher launch (from 12 to 15 degrees), lower spin (from 3200 to 2500) and increased distance by 20 yards. Plus I’m now hitting 78% fairways, from 66% fairways. Get your numbers right, makes driving a lot easier.

Tour edge is completely underrated. Their drivers always a up there with the top dogs. People just do not know about them because they do not sponsor any PGA players. However, a fair few people on the Champions tour use them and I bet you that your game represents the oldboys than you do the PGA players. For its price I don't think anyone really gets close imo

I got fitted for new irons this year and I really wanted the ping i530 or Titleist t200. At the conclusion of the fitting, the two sets which performed best and had almost identical numbers were the t200 and wildcard Wilson Dynapwr Forged. I nearly went with the T200 even though they were $600 more. After a good talking to in the mirror and a couple of self slaps, I made the correct choice and bought the Wilson’s. Won’t look back, but wow the marketing departments at these major brands tinker with your good judgement.

Great review, Al. I've always appreciated Tour Edge product. If you really want to see a place to save some cash, stick a Tour Edge Putter in your bag. They had the Wingman, which was as good as any putter out there IMO for 25-50% the price of some other putters.

I play the Exotics C721 irons. They make my Callaway Mavrik's feel and look like a cheap knock off brand. I currently use a Rogue ST driver, but I am going to be picking one of these up. May as well go all-in, amazing brand especially for the cash.

I still game a c721 and c721 pro driver. Both absolutely crush it just as far as my ai smoke triple diamond I got them for pennies on the dollar. I think the e725 will be my next full time gamer

They already have great clubs , hardly any reviews of the c524 series from KZbin reviewers , only one decent review from “ let’s play through” and it was glowing , yet hardly any mention elsewhere … well I just bought one and it’s bloody brilliant for hardly any money … their e series or c series irons can be had cheap and are great , the e series driver’s and fairways , the c series woods the exs 220 from couple yrs ago all as good as anything !!!

have you tried darkspeed 6 degree head.??? i tried the 8 degree head and it is a rocket. turned to 7 degrees i got 204 mph ball speed pb with longer shaft. 197 with stock shaft. the 6 degree i think will spank everyone

I got the discounted E723. I love it. I’m still a slow swing high handicap. But this driver is super consistent and forgiving. My distance and dispersion is very consistent no matter where I hit the face.

Like the fact that they were first to have adjustability in a 10K driver. Don’t believe the others (Ping or TaylorMade) had moveable weights although the weights on those may be able to be changed. Rooting for them for sure. Appreciate keeping the costs more user friendly too.

The ping is going to sell for more in the future, but you should really be trying both to see which works best for your swing. This is the payoff for a cheaper club we usually have to just guess at which will be best for us.
