I heard of Sleep Token mentioned by Noah Sebastian of Bad Omens during an interview. He was asked if he had more control on who would play the line up, he would want Sleep Token on the tour. They've def. Got good vibes and a mix of styles in their music. Def. something different.

You touched on something that Sleep Token does better than anyone else imo. They seem to move seamlessly between genres and do a better job than anyone out there of incorporating a multitude of different genres into their music. Djent, jazz, pop, electronic, classical. It's like their music genre is literally fucking all of them.

Sleep Token did something that hasn't happened to me in a long time. No kidding, from the moment I heard Vore and Summoning, I listened to both those songs 20-30 times on repeat. Those are just the types of songs I could have a 10 hour remix of. A little trippy at times, melodically awesome, airy(idk if that's an expression, but hey) and some good dj0nt in there for good measure. What more can a metalhead ask for? (No, it's not canceled vocalists, don't start with that)

@@collinqs2541 I mostly agree on that. But in my experience, the simple riffs are usually the ones that go hard. Just look at Rammstein. Headbang central with 5 power chords. Of course there are also exceptions. Dream theatre is heavy AND complicated.

Honestly, a song that does NOT get enough love is Atlantic. I'd honestly adore it if you checked it out.
