The Mother, Brother/Sister, Step-Father and Step-Brother are all killable...So I guess that's why they ain't Ubisoft simply didn't want to make the alternate scenes and storylines in order for them to appear. If ubisoft wanted to leave out those options because they were killable and don’t want to touch on it, then aren’t they breaking that rule by forcing Kassandra/Alexios into a union without the player’s choice for the sake of a linear ending? I’m not against the ending of the DLC- since I do like Darius and Neema(not Natakas) and domestic life for Alexios is lovely. I get that considering all those choices for the game ending are more work-possibly hell to make. But this DLC done fucked up imo. Shoulda played as Alexios cause apparently Kassandra gets preggo with a guy no one can imagine Kass gets it down and dirty with 😂

I actually can see her with him. He’s not really a fighter, but he is kind. I don’t think Kass has had many truly kind people around her. I think she is attracted to his compassion. His gentleness balances her hard edges. Maybe it’s because I’m older. I can easily see myself hating him when I was younger. He’s not traditionally masculine, nor traditionally handsome. But as a mom of three, a kind, good man is a the kind of man any girl would be lucky to have. To bring in Jung, in that relationship Kass is the Animus (Masculine) and Naratas is the Anima (feminine). Naratas isn’t a fighter, and I think that’s exactly why he’s the person Kassandra came to love.

Being a mercenary ship captain in ancient Greece? I have to disagree completely! It honestly feels like the complete opposite was the case! (Atleast for me) 1. Alexios is on the Cover of the Game 2. Alexios was featured on next to every trailer 3. Alexios got basically all Collector's Edition Figures 4. Alexios is the Guy depicted in next to every Home screen of the actual game 5. There are way more Female Romances in the Game than Male, including stuff like screwing the wife of some married dude and some of the ones that are male like Alkibiades seem very "fruity" 6. The Fighting System seems like it was mostly done with someone of Alexios frame in mind 7. The way people react to your character, like who calls a woman assface? 8. The probably most important part. Spartans were VERY set in their ways of Gender Roles! Hell, even the game itself tells you numerous times in the Loading Screen how rare female fighters were and how Females in Sparta had to do the more "domesticated" stuff, while the Men were mostly warriors! And you want to tell me that in such a Male dominated world, where female fighters were basically non existent, not a single one of them would ever raise an eyebrow once Kassandra comes around and wants to fight on the Frontlines? Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against Female protagonists, I actually picked Kassandra first to see how they would handle a female warrior in ancient Greece and I was honestly dissapointed! It honestly feels like they actually developed the game with Alexios in mind and had all of their Merch and stuff already finished, before they decided to add in Kassandra at the Halfwaypoint. It sometimes feels more like you are playing a guy with tits rather than an actual female, as barely anyone treats you even remotely like a woman. I would have actually loved it, if the gameplay and the dialogue would have adjusted to your choice. Like Kassandra being more Stealthy and having to proof herself to the toxic males, while Alexios is full on "Unga Bunga" mode but the way they did it, it just kinda feels wrong to play Kassandra for me, as it just feels like she doesn't really belong in this world, despite being the official canon protagonist! Hate me for it but I don't really like Kassandra as the protagonist of Odyssey, I honestly think that a female main character was never more out of place than in Odyssey

Kassandra may be canon according to Ubisoft, but there were no female soldiers or mercenaries during the Peloponnesian War, so historically speaking, Alexios is the only choice that makes sense. Kassandra was not intended to even exist as a playable character in early development, that's why she often feels out of place. Her participating in the Olympics makes no sense, since there is a sidequest where a woman is punished for simply watching the games. On the Cult of Cosmos meeting Kassandra wears male cultist mask, which should've raised a suspicion among the cultists. The game is full of forced "strong independent woman" propaganda. Can you imagine black buff lesbian Greek pirate captain woman in ancient Greece?

Alexios’ wife seems sweet, her VA is good and the lines suit a worried mother character. Like “promise me, my love, that this is where we have our family” just doesn’t seem like the type of stuff a guy would say. This whole scene is set up for alexios for sure. Because if the lines (and the Natakas VA isn’t great) the whole scene is so cringe in Kassandra’s POV. It’s also kinda jarring that she suddenly decides to have kids. Either of them honestly, but I feel like if you’re a strong women out doing shit all the time, when tf would you have time to be pregnant? Again, it makes more sense with alexios. Tbh they should’ve kept the love interest a girl and just say that regardless if it’s alexios or kassandra, they fell in love when Neema was already pregnant and decided to raise the kid together or something like that. That makes way more sense to me then for either character to be like “let’s make babies”. It’s also a more compelling love story, like the commitment it takes to accept another person’s child as your own. It’d make it so that you care more when they die later. Lol all in all this isn’t a very appealing storyline

Are they officially called Rites? Because technically they ain't the Templars yet. But anyways no there is no gap the Ancients were founded in Egypt long before the events in Origins I forget what Pharoah is their Founder...So the Persian Order is the offshoot that came into existence when they spread out. So they had Egyptian then Persian then theoretically Greek given the fall of the Cult would lead to a power vacuum and no matter what happened in the Legacy DLC their little motto of you can't kill an idea is true...Then at some point we have them entering Roman Politics then in Origins they circled back to their homeland with members from all the societies in the melting pot of Greco-Roman Egypt.

@@Elegy7 Na verdade você tá enganado cara, Kassandra está confirmada como personagem Cannon, ela é a personagem cannon nas novels, foi confirmada no Valhalla, desenvolvedores da ubi já falaram que ela seria a única personagem do jogo mas teve um produtor babaca que forçou colocarem alexios como jogável, pode pesquisar. E quanto as mulheres na Grécia você se engana, isso depende da cultura de qual cidade-estado estamos falando, em Atenas realmente as mulheres eram submissas, já em Esparta, Reforçando o seu caráter militar, os espartanos acreditavam que a mulher deveria ser fisicamente preparada para que pudesse dar origem a indivíduos aptos para compor o exército daquela cidade. Por isso, era comum que essas mulheres se dedicassem à disputa de jogos e outros tipos de atividade esportiva. Além disso, podiam controlar as finanças domésticas e participar das reuniões públicas ligadas à vida política espartana. E Kassandra é espartana.

The first time i played this was with Alexios. Then I started new games plus with Kassandra. Then i saw Natakas, I knew right away this guy is gonna be a little bitch. I quit the game and started again as Alexios. And every time i choose to play as Kassandra, I'd skip this dlc

Playing this story line out as Kassandra was very odd. Baby was hungry, but they never showed how he was fed. Why weren't Kassandra's boobs bigger? Why didn't she breast-feed. Is biology being ignored here? Has anyone at Ubisoft ever been in the presence of a hungry baby and his mother? This story-line was so obviously written with Alexios at the protagonist. Every aspect of it when the player chooses Kassandra just feels... wrong. I think Ubisoft didn't think consider how much biology would get in the way with their gender-swap fantasy.

o yeah yeah o yeah yeah Kassandra/Alexios has no orientation, it’s up to the player to chose her orientation But yea they got mad cuz the sexual orientation was a big part when promoting the game, saying they always had a choice then later presented a storyline where they forced them to be in a hetero relationship.

Lgbtq are finally speaking up about these issues tho and I’m glad, you even said you learned not to make a big deal of it because that’s how society’s made you think, yes it’s a video game and fictional BUT representation is very important. I’d like to add that no Kassandra isn’t bi or straight or gay. She is what the player wants her or alexios to be. You chose their sexuality. Also you don’t have to be a descendent to relive past memories, all you need is their DNA. The spear of lionidas had their DNA. I’d also like to add that sexual orientation was a big promo for the game and they said ppl could chose the characters sexual orientation only to pull out some heteronormativity shit and force ppl who chose their characters to be gay to play a heterosexual storyline.

I don't regret choosing Kassandra. When she was saying things like: "you were looking for me... here I am", but most importantly "mater is coming"... I just had tears and wrath. and chain assassinations. no tactic, no thought, no worry. just blind wrath. forward was the only way. man I loved this episode. Reminded me of other moments in AC series when I felt the same thing. Shadya. Khemu. to name a few. but we lost so many people, and children and family members. Anyway. In that moment, RAGE was the only thing. I freaking loved that moment.

Take note this is just my opinion: The simplest way to fix the forced relationship problem would be if Ubisoft made so both Neema and Natakas were alive (in the same timeline) and both were romanceable (like all the other romanceable characters) As for Elpidios (the baby) this is my idea based on what’s above ⬆️ Maybe they could have had a scene where: let’s say you play as a lesbian Kassandra and your love interest Neema was talking with Natakas about him making Kassandra pregnant. No love involved just to continue The Bloodline (for some reason), it would be the same thing if you playing as a gay Alexios. That way Aya would still be related to Kassandra/Alexios “A Tainted One” and Darius the Proto-Assassins who made The Hidden Blade. P. S. This is just my opinion, and do not mean in any way shape or form mean to offend anyone. I personally think Kassandra would fit better Neema. P. P. S. I’m not WOKE, I’m a South-Korean male who just likes good voice acting hence why I choose Kassandra
