We love the George V - but not the area. Too close to the Champs. We now stay closer to the Marais or in the VIth. Many more cafes and patisseries. But - the George V is VERY beautiful. Great content, as always!!

Another great video darlin. Last time I was there the year was 1984, and I was a young man. Moved into the middle bracket now. Saw the security and wondered if you notice a larger amount of refugees now as in say 5 years ago. Overall did you feel safe? Hard to judge for myself when I haven't been there in so long. Again,thought the video fantastique.

Hi Charlie :) When I first saw the security at Charles de Gaulle Airport that made me so happy that I said thanks when we walked past them haha. But other than that Paris felt completely normal to me...business as usual. Didn't see any refugees in Paris 8th, around St. Michel, Montmartre, or Saint-Germain des Pres. So glad you enjoy my video.
