So turns out in an interview they said they might not be releasing a whole new album with new songs. They would prefer to release songs like they did this track, make it, finish it, stream it. New era, new way to consume music. So don't hold your breathe for the album but i cannot wait for the new music!

brokenlegz I’m pretty sure I’ve read George talking about this song somewhere. I think it’s roughly about how easy it is to slip into old self destructive habits to cope when things are difficult (these vices, drugs, being the things that are familiar) and how oppressive it feels to be aware of them hovering on the edge of your mind - especially in times of struggle. How easy it is for them to find you and drag you down. Could be wrong, but I’m sure I’ve seen that explanation somewhere

Gotta be honest.. wasn’t huge on this song the first time I heard it.. and I think it’s because all I could think to do is compare it to all the previous albums (since it had been a decade since new music) but a couple of months later and this is one of my favorite AOF songs to date. So original. So refreshing and different. Dallas’s updated more soulful style of singing gives the track such a unique but dark twist. This fucking video too. Glad to have you back, boys.
