My mom cooked chilaquiles the same way egg mixed in with the tortillas and salsa with cotija cheese sprikled on top so that it would melt into it,as a Mather of fact I grew up thinking that's how all chilaquiles were made imagine my surprise the first time I had them made another way.prefiero los que me hacía mi mamá.

I think your using the can opener wrong. It needs to more straight and no so to the left at angle. Old can openers used to work great, but in the past 15 years most can openers are cheap and not to last. I had one that would put metal shavings into the can... I am sure its not good to put sharp particles of aluminum into your body. But who knows I could be wrong lol. Great videos and I am going to try this for breakfast when I get time. No! Everyone does it different. Some people add rice and beans, others make the eggs runny. There’s really no “right” way imo! I used 3 EGGS, Pato Sauce, avocado, queso fresco, jalapeño & salt! Oh and try to use corn tortillas preferably street taco ones so they get crispy!
