I can’t tell you how helpful these videos are. As someone who lives to make music, but has no musical talent, learning ‘the rules’ is helping me make less atonal mud.

Dude your channel is like a gem in KZbin, cuz like its not easy to find people who break down stuff this way and turn it into an entertaining yet insightful lesson ! I really liked your videos on avicii, kygo and deadmau5's production designs, it was all really cool stuff......Can you cover more popular songs and like showcase all the design philosophies behind their chords and melodies? Keep up the awesome work man !

You are a blessing to the world man. Thankful for you and people like you giving their greatest gift to the world - and inspiring people along the way 🙏

Hi Alex. I have saved quite a few of your videos in hopes to use some of your ideas of chord usage later in my own music. I particularly love how you use those dotted eighth note rhythms would you be kind enough to explain how I can make those dotted eighth note rhythms in my chords quickly and repeatedly like you do in your music to me please. I absolutely love how use them in your music.

Yo dude, you make great videos that I understand and don't even make music. Love your recreations and explanation as to why they are abnormally good. If you were to take any suggestions I would love for you to recreate Shelter by Porter Robinson & Madeon or Lane 8 - Sunday Song. That is all, and thanks for putting out great content.

Always wondered where to place a pedal tone in a chord progression. Can you choose any note that sounds good, or is there a rule for where the pedal tone goes?
