@@adam_c_edwards No I know that it's confusing. And that many Westerners think that the 3rd gen starts in 2012 but for us in Korea the 3rd gen is more mid / end of 2013. Because many of the groups that started at the end of 2012 / 2013 disbanded very shortly after the year 2013 is a bit cursed for the groups that started early in the year. Let's say that BTS is one of the first 3rd gen groups or Last 2nd gen. BTOB started early in 2012 and often performed with 2nd gen groups like Super Junior, SNSD, A-PINK, GIRLS DAY or TVXQ

For K-Drama's... Sungjae, the maknae from BTOB (2nd guy on the left), is also an actor! I'd recommend Guardian: The Lonely and Great God (aka Goblin). He plays a pretty good role throughout it and it's a great show.

Many people think of them as ballad singers, but don't be fooled! They started out as a band project and each one of them knows how to use more than one instrument! However, they debuted as a dance group and are good at dancing! They also learned acrobatic! From some point after their debut, they made their own songs and wrote lyrics! They all have their own solo albums and their styles are different! If you watch the music video, they act pretty well, but they are actually in dramas and musical actors! I think only talented members are gathered, but most importantly, they are very funny! Some people think that they are comedians, not idols, because they are so funny. 😂😂

Ooh, thank you so much for reacting to this, I love your reaction! BTOB is a self composing & producing company that debuted in 2012. Initially had 7 members (4 vocalists & 3 rappers) but all members can sing, rap, dance & play instruments. Famous for their heartfelt ballads & healing songs, their upbeat songs are so good, too. They are the vocal/harmony kings & have amazing live stages but they are also goofballs & love entertaining people. Last November, they left their former company of 11 years & established their own BTOB COMPANY in February and since then, all members are busy with their solo stuff as well as group activities. Their main rapper had to leave the group in 2020, that's why they're just 6 now. This is also the reason why the rapper at the right forgot some lines in his rap coz that song was a 2013 release and he's rapping the part of their former member who's not with them anymore. To give you an idea of the members, from left to right: MINHYUK: main rapper, vocalist, athlete, actor, songwriter/composer/producer SUNGJAE: lead vocalist, actor, model, endorser, maknae EUNKWANG: main vocalist, musical actor, leader, oldest HYUNSIK: lead vocalist, songwriter/composer/producer CHANGSUB: lead vocalist, musical actor, reality show host on YT, CEO of his own talent training company PENIEL: lead rapper, dancer, songwriter/composer, podcast host, photographer, MV director, Korean-American, born & raised in Chicago. These guys are all multi talented & have been doing this for a long time. They really do have a diverse discography ranging from pop, dance, jazz to ballad, funk, rock, RnB, hiphop, so hard to categorize that BTOB is a genre in itself. They have so many albums too, full albums, mini albums, solos, digital releases, OST's, special ones, Japanese albums..and the list goes on. It would be so nice if you could deep dive into them. I think this is the best Dingo Killing Voice ever. Their choice of songs, the flow, everything was so well thought and well executed. Even Peniel's forgotten lyric was so natural and cute. Thank you for reacting to BtoB’s killing voice. It always makes me so happy when I see people discover this amazing group through this incredible performance. The studio versions of these songs are good too (I tend to like their B sides even more than their title tracks a lot of the time) but hearing them perform live always takes these songs to the next level. I was more or less introduced to these guys (I had heard of them before) in 2021 when I watched Kingdom Legendary War. I watched the show for Stray Kids and Ateez, but ended up falling in love with BtoB’s beautiful voices, crazy harmonies and even crazier personalities.

I'll try to say more about the members of this group - BTOB made their debut in 2012 with the Cube entertainment agency for people who know kpop well this means that they arrived at the end of the 2nd generation beginning of the 3rd. This group had a lot of success between 2013 and 2017 originally there were 7 but the 7th member Ilhoon left the group in 2020 so here are the 6 members who remain from left to right for you in the video -Minhyuk AKA Huta solo is a singer and the second rapper of the group -Sungjae is one of the main vocalists of the group -Eunkwang Aka Silver light also one of the main vocalists of the group and a very big entertainer he is very funny and particularly appreciated by female idols. - Hyunsik again a main vocalist he is just incredibly talented to sing in all tones. _Changseob the last main vocalist of this incredible vocal line very good especially for groove or Jazzy songs -Peniel the other rapper of the American / Korean group and the best dancer of the group. - Alex I suggest you make a reaction to their MV Ill'be you're man. for me one of the songs that enters my top 10 of the best kpop songs by a boy group.

Kdrama recommendation. The all-time best Kdrama is Goblin. Not because Sungjae is there but my fav actor Gong Yoo is. But what makes the drama amazing is not only the unique plot but the foremost reason is the acting. Every single actor delivers. Most of the songs, if not all, that they performed here on Killing Voice are written and composed by some of their members (Hyunsik, Minhyuk, and former member Ilhoon). Btob are really just that good. I've seen their Killing Voice so many times and it never gets old. And for show recs, a newer drama if you haven't already watched it, Lovely Runner is such a great drama. And from my personal favs I also recommend Alchemy of Souls (costume fantasy action with transmigration), Live Up to Your Name (Joseon era doctor travels 400 years into the future), Perfect Marriage Revenge (woman time travels back in time to get revenge on her evil family that caused her demise), W (cardiac surgeon is sucked into her father's comic with a killer on the loose), From Now On Showtime! (famous TV magician who can see ghosts helps a woman police officer solve murders), Strong Woman Do Bong Soon (woman born from a family where all women have super strength helps capture the serial killer who is kidnapping women in the neighborhood).

If you love some thriller and fantasy, and if you haven't watch these yet, I'd recommend the classics; Signal, Tunnel and Voice 1. Also Beyond Evil, this one is psychological. They're chef's kiss. That final song Finale:Our Concert were the last song that they'd sing in every concert of theirs. That's why they made the prank of leaving without singing that song. Also, one of the most iconic OST of theirs is For You (Cinderella and Four Knights OST). It's really good.

You could start by listening to the songs on this video, they are great in the original recording but as many have mentioned, they're even bettwe live 😊 The latest videos have lyrics so keep and eye on that.
