ALF Child Star Benji Gregory Dead at 46

'ALF' star Benji Gregory has died. He was 46. Benji's sister, Rebecca Hertzberg-Pfaffinger, confirmed his death on Facebook. The former child actor starred in multiple TV shows before he retired from acting, including over 100 episodes of the hit '80s sitcom.

What had happened is that he had deposit his check at a chase bank atm and he got back in his car and fell asleep. He suffered from depression and a sleeping disorder that he would be up for days. He lived in Arizona and yes, it was miserably hot last month with temps in 113+

It's heartbreaking to hear that someone is died in such a horrible conditions, and too young 😢. I still have my Alf dolls and figurines, used to have a sweatshirts and a blanket.. my whole family watched the show. Even years later when someone burped, it was common for us to say "you Alf!" Es ist schlimm das Benji Gregory so ums leben gekommen ist, mit ihm geht ein Stück unserer Jugend!😔 Alf war damals für viele ein absolutes muss ihn im TV zu sehen! Ich persönlich bin froh, dass ich mir vor langer Zeit der kompletten Staffeln von ALF auf DVD gesichert habe und weiß echt nicht wie oft ich die Serie mit meinen Kids schon angeschaut habe!😊 Was echt schade ist oder war das die Serie nicht mehr weiter ging, sondern nur 2 Filme folgten! Die Serie neu zu erfinden wäre echt eine Bereicherung für viele ALF Fans gewesen. So bleibt halt nur die Erinnerungen und die Folgen die hin und wieder bei Nitro laufen. Ruhe in Frieden Benji✝️
