I remember thinking "so this is the wizard world outside of Hogwarts, seems cool" when I watched it in the theater..... It really set the tone of a more casual film, not as rigid as some parts of the previous ones.

literally 2 days ago I rewatched Prisoner of Askaban and that bus scene surprised me so much with the cinematography and realized it was Alfonsos film, crazy how life does this lol

Cuarón is my favorite director of the series. I had no idea who he was when I saw Prisoner of Azkaban but I made sure to look him up after. I wish they'd been able to contract him for the rest of the series.
