my shop has a reward system. I spent 1000 on parts building ups my new bike. Last time I went in to get a new seat post and bar ends and 2 tubes and got 45 dollars off from my points. I still have 40 dollars worth for next time. rewards like that keep people coming back to your shop, its a sense of loyalty.

What the viewer is trying to say is, if the spokes are really tight the wheel won’t flex causing spokes to snap. However, if the spokes have less tension the wheel flexes a little bit.

Just like every major bike shop. Why do most local bike shops run out of business? You can charge what lets use for example danscomp prices. Maybe a few extra bucks and thats from suppliers. If like he said he got a deal on some wheels and resold them for higher price sure whatever but if he sold it for more than obviously retail than it makes him look bad.
