I ran the Fiend segment cranks, Spence is correct, the secondary pinch bolt mechanism assures the crank bolt never comes loose. Ever..

I do chain tensioners exactly the opposite way. Tighten them to hold the wheel while you tighten it down then back them off so they don’t snap if the wheel slides in the dropout

I used to stick a piece of wood against the bearings and hit the wood with the hammer so i didnt damage the bearings.
