Sir at 17:35 you wrote x-10 > or equal to -9 and x+11 > or equal to 12 but if we take -9 and 12 we will only get -108 shouldn't x-10 be > or equal to -10. Please correct me if I'm wrong

How you took out -9 and 12

As x is positive x-10>=-9 because min value of x is 1 and 1-10=-9 so it will be greater than or equal to -9
