I do love the spin of adding a task as you chose a book. There is a mod that lets you keep the books after you sell them if you are interested, so you could keep the prompt books? Otherwise, for the washer-dryer, why not extend the bathroom into the bedroom so you could have put them in the bathroom instead?

I’m so glad you like the new spin-wheel! I just needed a bit more of a challenge for Ali! I actually use publishing the books as a way for Ali to make some money 😊 I also want to rotate prompts out so they’re always different! Omg such a good idea for the washer dryer! Wish I had thought of that!

Sims 4 updates always turn mods off - you just have to go in to the game and go to options > other and then select "enable custom content and mods" and when you restart, they'll be back :) Love the video!

That's what I thought too but I turned my mods back on in the settings & my CC is still gone so I'm thinking I may have accidentally deleted my Mods folder when I was clearing some storage space 😂 Because OF COURSE I DID!

I've heard the same thing from several people about what you said about I'll Be Gone in the Dark - that the writing that was hers was very different than the writing that others did to finish the book, which made it weirdly disjointed. But, you're right, not sure what else could be done about that except a stronger editor maybe.

Yeah, the style was difficult! However, they did a pretty good job of trying to warn you that the book was pieced together to the best of their abilities. ☺︎

Listening to the intro knowing my couch is covered in clean laundry, my dishwasher needs to be emptied, and my son's bathroom is in dire need of attention 😆 So heard! So glad you got some good picks. I'm in the hardest slump I've had in a long time and have soft DNF'd several titles in a row now, but watching you thoroughly enjoy books definitely helps keep me invested in reading until I can find that next great title 😊

My best advice: don’t start because you’ll become completely hooked! 🤣🤣 I’ve been playing since I was 12! It’s very similar to animal Crossing and Dreamlight Valley in that it is low stakes and open ended!

okay how do you add TBR to the sims library? I want to do this and have it pick my tbr for me. You just gained a new sub.

The easiest way to do it is to click on the computer & have your sim write books. When you click on that, a box will pop up asking you to name the book the sim is writing & I just put my TBR books as the titles! It’s a bit labor intensive the first time but then you can just rename the books. 🥰 I’m so happy you’re here!!!!

omg you're too kind 🥹 The Sims is literally the only game I've ever been able to play in my entire life 🤣 I'm obsessed with it...it's my decompression time at night 💘 If you write books on the computer, there's a box that pops up at the beginning asking what you want the title of your book to be, so I just type in a title on my TBR or a prompt in there 🌻

I actually figured it out while filming this! I wasn't screen recording the entire screen, I was manually dragging the little box...so whenever I would put the game in fullscreen, it would end! 😠 Butttttt now I figured it out!! 🥰

I always say there is nothing wrong with starting another series if it sounds interesting and your not interested in anything else at the moment. How about for your sim cosplay We can add choices 1. Nancy drew ( classic ) 2. Hogwarts (Harry potter) 3. Anime ( sailor moon / any anime you’re kids are in to ) 4. Force is geeky with one (Star Wars ) 5. Spoon!!!(comic geek ) 6. Disco Tex (most 70’s outfits you can make ) 7. Sports girlie (mix of soccer and baseball) 8. Bombastic bag girl (all blue clues and bag over head )(this is play on costume spider man wear when he was the bombastic bag man .) 9. Ruby rose ( this essentially red riding hood meets the gothic girl ) (the show RWBY) is on KZbin. I know you love wheels so thought you might like to have a wheel that leads to another wheel 🛞

Shazam !!!! Ali is back Maybe 🤔 you need to combine the sims and Harry Potter wheel in to special video . I think there is magic expansion pack for the Sims so maybe you can work that in there somehow give Ali a friend who knows magic or something like dr strange type character
