I used to make Father's day presents for my grandpa. When I learned how to paint a more realistically, I painted him out on a boat fishing since that was his favorite activity. He had it hanging up till he passed. A lot of things went missing then. After he passed I found the top drawer of his dresser was full of cards I'd given him and handmade presents to fragile to sit out. I'll never forget that. He was my father (not literally but in spirit).

Jay The Don Corleone It's probably has to do more with the fact women do the majority of shopping so they market more towards them. This is what the pink tax is, womens products cost more.
@robertdale29646 жыл бұрын
Ronda's Portrayal women's products also cost more because generally speaking are processed more, with a lot Kore chemicals too. Man buys shampoo: does it wash hair? Yes! I'll buy it. Woman buys shampoo: does it wash hair? Does it increase my hairs volume? Does it protect against UV? Does it give my hair essential nutrients? Will my hair look like a celebrities after? Will it protect dyed hair? Will it help with split ends? The list goes on. If you want all the bells and whistles that come with a product, then expect to pay for them.
@portrayalc5776 жыл бұрын
Robert Dale Robert Dale Robert Dale I'm not sure what your argument is being that you agreed with me in your first statement. Also you only mentioned hair care which although your facts are correct only speaks to one product, not a generalization. What I find interesting is your need to disagree... curious indeed..
@robertdale29646 жыл бұрын
I'd like to know why you feel the need to perpetuate what is obviously a lie. You can use all the big words you like to try and sound smart, doesn't make a difference. If you want to pay less then buy cheaper products, you're the victims of your own choices. You want top of the line product with all the fancy chemicals then you have to pay more. It's really that simple. How you don't understand that is what I cant work out. The shampoo is just a small example. Same goes for almost every product where there are 2 products marketed to different genders. Women want to look good so they will pay the extra. Silly thing is, you can look just as good without all the crap in a product. But like lambs to the slaughter you buy all the marketing hype and pay the premium. So as I say, the "pink tax" is a bad name. It should be called "people who buy into fear based marketing bullshit tax" because thats exactly what it is. I'm not gonna feel guilty that women are stupid enough to led by the nose. Thats on you. Want the prices dropped? Stop buying the bullshit.
