As an adult in my thirties with kids on the way, the amount of schoolwork we were given is insane and my understanding is that it's only getting worse. conversely, I taught myself advanced math from my passion which was coding and making video games. ended up scoring in the top few % of the nation on the SATs from math and I think that was only because of my coding hobby. I've never understood why that isn't encouraged. A realistic (and minimal) schoolwork load and encourage teenagers to pursue their passions. It worked for me, and I think it would work better for others than the horrible stress filled system we have now.

@Jack Smith Cool, I guess I'll worry and feel bad about a cosmetic disease my ex-gf gave me because you told me to. Get a life. People like Ali Wong aren't arguing for the right to spread HPV secretly all they want. We're just tired of being stigmatized for something we have no control over. If that's what you mean by being against normalizing it (i.e. you want us to wear the stigma and be shunned and condemned for something that's out of our control) then you have major issues. Nice profile picture BTW -- shunning sick people isn't very Christian. P.S. the strains of HPV that commonly cause warts are different from the cancer-causing strains.

Take probiotics supliments (store it correctly) Take AHCC for 3 to 6 months 3grams per day. @paelie3 жыл бұрын
@@Hcaz1113 Not really, I just had to power through it. I just found it difficult to convince my bf that it was a serious thing, and comedy bits like these are part of the problem. Yes, the majority of HPV strains are harmless, but the bad ones are real bad. Even though I had part of my cervix cut out, there is still a chance the virus is lying dormant in healthy cells, until it reactivates and I'm at higher risk for having premature babies. The vaccine helps for both men and women, esp men since there is currently no standardized test to monitor men for HPV, unlike a Pap smear for women. For men, the first sign could very well be throat cancer. My bf and I both got vaccines after my diagnosis.

valeria cognigni not at all true actually

@@valeriacognigni so misinformed. Hpv is not passed by bodily fluids like other study's it is passed by shedding skin cells. You can get it even without having sexual contact. I wish the vaccine had been around when I was younger. I have one of the strains that doesn't go away.
