Repent, trust, and believe in Jesus and be saved. To repent means you confess your sins (the acts and thoughts that are wrong according to God and His Word) and ask for forgiveness with sincerity. Once you do this, strive to no longer do those wrong/sinful things, but do what is right according to God’s Word. It’s not by doing good things that you are saved but by trusting and believing in God and His grace/mercy. You gotta stay alive in the markets to make it long term. YOU MUST CONTROL RISK/DIVERSIFY! You gotta fly straight. First rule of making money is to not lose money. Remember what Frank told Tony Montana in Scarface? "Remember when I told you when you first started working for me, the guys that last in this business, are the guys who fly straight. Low-key, quiet. But the guys who want it all, chicas, champagne, flash ... they don't last. You know what a Chazzer is? It's a Yiddish word for "pig." See, the guy, he wants more than what he needs. He don't fly straight no more." Ask yourself if youre a Chazzer, or investing rationally for the long term

The psychology of money is my favorite read, reading it gave me the nudge i needed to start investing and thank God i did because i have been going all out from the s&p rise, i was one of the few people to hold when the stock was plummeting, now i have close to 2 million in my portfolio. huge props to my CFA James Fletcher Brennan who handles my portfolio, he's the only man i know that's richer than me, haha
