Love Hate Love live at the Moore is UNTOUCHABLE PERFECTION performed live by a rock band. All other rock bands should strive to have a live performance this perfect. Actually this is not 1992. It's from December 1990. The Moore is a small theater in Seattle with GREAT acoustics. As a song, you have to listen to it from the mindset of a sociopath. Layne Staley's vocal range can run rings around any other grunge singer (including Chris Cornell) in my opinion. Layne could sing the phone book and never hit a wrong note. Even at the end of his life, with no teeth and a lisp, his voice, wit and humor were all still there. Layne's voice and vocal range was so powerful he did NOT need auto tune or pro-tools until he lost his teeth and had a lisp around 1998, and even then he still killed the vocals. Barrett Martin (who played with Layne in Mad Season) said that when he stood to the side of the stage, he could hear the sound of Layne vocal resonance come out of Layne's chest LOUDER than it did coming out of the speakers, Layne's voice was that powerful.

AIC is, and will always be one of the greatest bands EVER. I saw them in '92 here in Indianapolis, Indiana , I had only heard man in the box a couple times on the radio. Their performance was awesome. Layne Staley is so very missed in this world. Will never be another like him. This is my favorite song ❤️

Just binged all your TOOL and Gojira reactions. SO REFRESHING! You mentioned things in TOOL that I hadn’t noticed after countless times of listening! I have a couple request that are a bit different than your usual metal/hard rock reactions but I think you’ll enjoy: Ben Howard - Evergreen and Elder - Sanctuary KEEP IT UP MAN. THIS IS AWESOME. P.S. you’ll probably see this comment a few times cause of copy and past. 🤣

WOW! Layne Staley was a strong vocalist! If he were alive now, I'm sure he would have been a judge on "The Voice" or some reality music competition show. The other musicians (the drummer, bassist, lead guitarist) are phenomenal! I hope they make a biopic film on Alice In Chains.
