I know! They should've been inducted into the Rock Hall first year of eligibility, no questions asked. I can't believe they would induct a pop artist like Whitney Houston (don't get me wrong, I like her music too) and not induct Soundgarden, Motorhead, Judas Priest, and many more. That’s because he is a veteran professional, he’s been active in AIC for longer than Layne was and has been playing with Jerry for 20 years now. His extra guitar was really great for their live sound too, fantastic musician and there is nobody better on the planet to try and fill the void that Layne left behind, most importantly similar to Layne he has phenomenal chemistry with Jerry which has always been the backbone of the band.

One of the most underrated drummers ever, band wouldn’t be the same without him, he’s one of the 2 founding members along with Jerry and he’s always known how to write absolutely perfect drums to match the music Jerry writes. Inez and Sean got great chemistry too, they really give the band such a great groove, whole band has awesome chemistry including Will. Anyway ya Sean is a legend, he may not be the most technical drummer out there but he writes perfect drums for the band and is a fantastic performer.

Hope they post Metallica's acoustic cover of "Would?", one of the highlights of the entire stream.... also, would love them to post Chris Cornell's family reminiscing about knowing Alice in Chains in their youth and having to pick up this hippie kid, "Ed Vedder" from the band Mookie Blaylock to play at a gig (those who know, know ;) ). @@tdub6106 during the stream, Korn’s performance was my favorite cover until Metallica came through with their acoustic version. TBH IMO Metallica kind of “lost their way” in recent years for me. Their acoustic performance felt very, very genuine. First Metallica performance I truly enjoyed in a loooooong time. (To be clear, I don’t ‘hate’ them for reaping the rewards of their past accomplishments, just their newer stuff felt... recycled(?). Music can speak to the soul, their performance if “Would?” did that for me ✌🏻)
