Lol. For years she's been called fake for her phony sound. She was raised by a white woman in a middle class neighborhood and went to Columbia University, a top school. There videos that surfaced of her talking "her regular voice."
@ArshiyaDevine2 жыл бұрын
@@antoniomendez2881 Interesting insight. Never heard those rumors or hearsay. Im not concerned about her past as it is just stepping stones to her current or the driving force to what she has become. I say this no matter where she was raised or who raised her. The fact is where she chose to stay grounded and rooted in. Who she impacts in a positive as apposed to the negative. Would you agree the that is more of importance. Or is her background and natural voice a major factor to base in falseness? Truthfully that is not a factor for me. Im not here to focus on others flaws, negatives, upbringings or past as everyone has one they are fond of and not so fond of at the same time. After all we dont come with rule book on how to be or sound for that matter when we are born. We all are unique in our own way. Then again that's just me and my own opinion @AntonioMendez. Thanks for your insight in her schooling and upbringing. I never knew what University she went too. Thats whats up.

I already know how masterful Alicia Keys music career is, not only with instruments, but her voice, too. But there is one song of her's the first time hearing it, brought my spirit from 1 up to 10, and that was, "New York". I was walking with my headphones on, listening to music, feeling kind of down, and that powerful song came on, and I thought it was a great song. Listening by ear, thinking i had caught onto the lyrics, and as I was walking I started singing that song aloud, along with her, only to find out later I had a few words wrong. Lol. But I didn't care, nor cared who heard me singing it, as I passed them, I just knew my spirit was uplifted, and I was feeling good. It has a triumphant sound, to it. That song was so dynamic I thought the city of New York should use it for their anthem. I promise hearing her describe NY made me really want, to visit there. Looking at Alicia Keys it look like God just poured a bucket of sunshine on her, and she sure brought me joy that day, and everytime I hear that song. I pray she always hold onto her joy, and never let the world steal it from her.

She would make a dope female friend but definitely not a wife, she’s too out going and I’m too introvert.

Nore and Dj EFN deserve their flowers for bringing the best podcast to life. We get to see artist that we love outside of Hollywood being their authentic self. The fact that everyone in the industry genuinely phuck with Nore is ILL! Nore and Dj EFN KEEP GOING ‼️ ✌and❤ from Chicago

This was a great interview. Alicia was so gracious and open and they really treated her like royalty. I was wondering how female energy would be in this hip hop space. Loved it ❤️

She’s giving me such King vibes! Dope as hell, she’s a whole vibe. Very refreshing interview of someone who is down, humble, positive, and so freaking real! When she said King Nipsey…mic drop moment for me. Made me fall in love with Hip Hop all over again. Amazing interview

I ALWAYS loved keys but this interview made me RESPECT her on another level! Thank you drink champs for these classic moments! The thing that makes us love the greats are not always the music, it's the INTERVIEWS! When we get a chance to understand WHY they make the type of music they make! I'm a life time fan now because of this interview

AKeys has such a smooth and calming effect with everything she does and says. She makes you feel like everything she is saying is 100% truth. I can remember seeing “fallin’” for the very first time on tv. It stuck with me and I knew she was special. She has stayed on a good path all this time when it could have been very easy for her to get derailed. I wish her nothing but happiness in her future.

I agree with you, but you can't ignore the looks though. She is an effortlessly beautiful woman. She looks better than most and that's whils wearing little to no make-up.

Alicia helped me find my voice as a singer. Not a professional singer, but definitely LOVE singing. Was in chorus for so long and always felt my voice was so different from the others. She made singing the lower octaves, look cool! Diary is STILL one of my top favorite songs till this day!
