I one hundred percent agree with your point on their delivery.Tbh,it’s making me question whether I should order the trio next year as well. I love Alicia’s works, but not keeping up with their delivery schedules is absolutely ridiculous. Also, last year, some products I received were of low quality as well. Although that wasn’t the first time I received poor quality products from them. Its keep happening.! I hope they work on it soon.!

It’s just happening every year and I don’t see them fixing it also! I’m tired of their apology mails and texts really☹️ They should launch once they have manufactured everything! Saying the launch date, making it exclusive then blaming it on manufacturing! Ink bucket is the one brand who checks all the boxes before announcing the launch date! I used to buy from them, but their current layouts isn’t working for Me..so had to stop

I’m only 7 minutes in, and this is my first watching you, but omg I love your energy yaaaar, I can see so much of me in you 🥰🥹💟🌸✨ Okay watched the entire video, so my thoughts, I’ve also been ordering from Alicia since 2019 and gosh their quality and boxes are super good. I however didn’t order this year cause I started making my own journal layouts with dotted notebook and it worked better with my now busy schedule. My most favourite things from all these years are her memo pads, pencils and boxes. I hope she releases more notepads/memo pads as standalone, I’d buy all of it!

Thankyou for making this video, this was much needed. Due to the shipping and delivery issues, I decided to buy the planner from Amazon this time. It shows it'll be delivered right on Christmas but I'm hoping it's sooner. As for the planner itself, tbh I liked last year's cover art more than this year. But the quality seems to have improved, so yayy for that.

I loved the planner , ordered mine now after watching yours although I feel 2023 freebies were really good and last year was good too with the weekly planner but this time I feel this it's bit little may be they could have added one more from there collection never the less its amazing and personally I feel they could reduce the price for there OG fans instead of dropping the prices by dec end, it will be great to show back the love to the OG fans ❤

And for Jounraling I got The Tall Elephant journal but the paper quality isn't good. Like it's see through I can see the next paper's content.

Thank you! This year freebie is average compared to the last year’s, as they were more functional. Also, talk elephant journal-I’ve used in 2022 and 2023, paper quality was goodish back then, they might have changed the GSM this year maybe!

I still didn't get the daily planner. Lol. Worst service ever. Ordered literally on launch day and among the 1st 100 orders. It's December 20th still didn't receive it and I am going abroad tomorrow. Won't be able to use it from January 1st. It's my 5th year buying it and 2nd year as 1st 100 order.
