I was affected by sehr too. It's very terrible. As our brother said you will see yourself in a situation that you think you did something that you logically know that you didn't. So it may lead you to do something and make a worse situation. But the only way out of it is Praying and Remembrance of Allah and Seeking refuge to him and Keeping yourself a way of arrogance or fighting those thoughts because it make it worse or it's better to say it makes you stay more connected to it and it will affect you more. Just rely on power of Allah. Also doing Zekr while those thoughts and feelings is attacking you is a great way to not get affected by it or make it less. By doing more praying you will be more protected. But be patient and do twakkol to Allah.

I knew about the story about week ago , from my father because one of our relatives literally lives in the same town where this happened and yes I'm Algerian. That's how they get you. When i was being bothered by a female jinni when i was 17, my parents too my to a "sheikh", who was also a "raqqi" but actually he was a sahir. Humble clean home, big beard, clean clothes, tasbeeh.. He wrote me an amulet (sihr). 5 years later, multiple shayateen bothering me. Went to a good raqqi, got well for a year or two. Nowadays, still struggling with it after 10 years. Doing Self-Ruqya, praying on time and daily reciting Quran and other things. I'm from Morocco by the way.

It could be a majoc story or a political situation too as many of people disappeared under the power of the algerian army. Athgaar is plural word for zikr or dhikr, typically it's surah Nas surah falaqand surah iklhaas we recite each 3 times and also ayatul kursi and some other duas. KZbin have loads just type morning duas and evening duas. The ones I mentioned are mainstream yiu do have to be careful about other duas and their Authenticity tbh it's better to pray it yourself with the intention of seeking Allah's protection and not just parrot fashion.
