Since this went in we had an update to stop the weapons overlapping. When playing as a host we also found that it would cause issues with motion so praydog added a fix for that as well!

Simply amazing. The next big step will be the optimization of the games for VR so they feel like built-up from the ground for virtual reality and not ported. This alongside smaller, super comfortable with 8k per eye resolution headsets will be that much-needed quantum leap forward for gaming. VR is amazing right now but it has the potential to be absolutely fantastic.

Developers need to know games becomes so much more fun and easy to please the crowd when it's done in VR.. just like Alyx wouldn't be a great game if it was only on flat but became legendary because it was a VR title. It's not always the fear of losing a profit. sometimes you need to give it a shot and God will do the rest. Don't make greed/profit the first thing in mind when you try to accomplish something for the greater good.

Is UEVR only going to be "compatible" with UE5 games or is there any plan to propagate it backwards on previous versions of the engine?

Can I ask...when this is released will it be a plugin or will we have to configure it to get it right? Or will this just be a VR patch? I'm not super technical in my ability so I'm hoping it will be as easy as possible. Both myself and my sons are beyond pumped. We just all got our Quest 3's and this is a dream game for us.

It'll be a tool, so basically from the documentation I read, you have to turn on the "frontend gui", its an exe, then you run the game and pick it from the app you ran and inject it and make it vr, you'll need to do some finetuning I think but I have no idea.

Pretty easy, the latest video on the channel shows me playing this in coop. Sent over my config file and they dropped it in and had all my adjustments.

Hi, how do i bring up the uevr menu in game? Im using the endeavor profile and the hud is stuck to my face. Doesn’t matter where I point the gun with my hand the bullets go where my face is pointing.

Is it possible to inject Quad Views foveated rendering support into Unreal games?

Why when my weapon spawns sponsi as if it were tilted to the right even though I'm currently pulling out. And the direction of the shot is not that of the controller but the orientation of the original Actor not what the controller looks like

@tomcat3900 If you can't do a ten second Google search to figure out if this game has a single player campaign, then I can't help you. But for those who are so lazy yes it has a single player campaign and story. My God IQs really did drop while I was away.

@@PepperPete11 every review of this game says that it’s an online multiplayer shooter that doesn’t have much of a story. Just a bunch of repetitive arcade shooting galleries.

It has quite a lot of story. You can play through the entire campaign with bots or other players yourself and then go back and play sections of it at higher difficulties or modifiers. Has more story in it that say Left 4 Dead but not as much as say a more traditional single player.
