Hello! Re Fonts: Do you have "Imported" selected? If that is not selected, then imported fonts won't appear in the list. If you do have that on, do you get any error, or does it just fail silently? Could you please contact [e-mail] and let them know? Please follow the instructions in the automatic reply to reach human support. About Groups, please let us know more information about that as well. To improve performance, you may this if is the group is very heavy, but this should not affect export quality. Please make sure to explain this in detail so we can start an investigation thank you!

Hi! So I’ve been using Alight Motion quite a while now and I really like it! The only thing I have a problem with is reversing videos and slowing them up and down. It’s really hard to make velocity or sometimes the speed just turns choppy. I think you should make speed graphs like in other apps and a setting for reversing videos. I think it would really be so much easier and convenient!

In 4.0 new update .I find so many glitch or you can called a bug . when we use (spherize effect ) and blend that layer with ( lighten & screen) that layer image changes its shape ..! So please fix this problem. ,🙏 and also so many problem with blending mode.. in 4.0 update

How do you use the camera without it covering up other layers that you don’t want it to cover? I edited the camera with a certain text layer and when I preview the camera layer or try to export it, the camera layer covers the correct text layer, but then also covers a different and separate text layer that I don’t want it to cover…

Hello! This may be an issue due to the Z coordinates of your layers. Like a real camera, it will see anything that is placed in front of it within a certain angle. To hide the text layer, you want to hide, that layer should either be outside that angle, or behind some other layer. Setting the Z coordinate value will let you determine how far back you want that layer to be. Hope that helps!

Hello! Z is the name of the axis that goes in and out of the screen. Active Camera View lets you view your project from the point of view of the camera. Perhaps I misunderstood your question? I love editing in alight motion, but I'm new to the app, but I was learning, with the 4.0 update, my videos aren't exporting right, can I change the editor version? I find it much easier to edit in alight 3.8.0 (I don't remember if that was the version I used)

Hello! This video applies to the most recent version of Alight Motion. Here is a list of things that may be going wrong! - Have you added a camera object to your project, and have you turned Active Camera View on? Active Camera View will allow you to look through the camera's point of view, so you can see what you'll export instead of the entire canvas. You can turn this on by tapping the View Options button which is to the far right of the play and arrow buttons, and then tapping the Active Camera View button which looks like an old video camera. It will appear green if turned on. You'll notice black bars will appear on screen to show you the area that is visible to your camera. - For parallax to happen, the layers on your screen need to be set at different Z Coordinates, and the camera needs to be moving around the screen. You can learn how to do this near the beginning of the video! Hope this helps!

Hello! Please make sure you have the most recent version of Alight Motion! If you tap on a layer, and then tap on Move & Transform, you'll see the controlpad. At the top you'll see X & Y, and to the right of that Z. Tap on the number above Z, and swipe up or down to move and object into or out of the camera. Hope that helps!

Yes, we do! Every video on our channels was edited with Alight Motion. (Of course, we don't have a screen recorder, so we use another app for that, and we also use another app to edit audio sometimes as well. :) )
