@@rgseven6557aww presently her memory and mind are jumbled and mainly living in 2002 and past, her right hand side is paralysed and she’s developed another aneurysm that if operated on will take away her ability to hold conversations and send her into a full catatonic state. So we made the decision to just have her live out the rest of her days even if possibly short lived, talking away and giving us the opportunity to build a relationship with her as my 4 siblings and I never did, we were raised by her parents and now we’re raising her. But this time is absolutely special. My current train of thought goes along the line that if any surgery is going to take away anything important to enjoying a quality life, do not go through with it. I hope your mother makes a full recovery tho and I thank you so much for asking such a question ❤ I’m so happy I get to be with her so much throughout the week, talking or hanging out and making these final memories I know I’ll have to keep alive on my own one day. I had mine done in March 2018. It leaked. The anurysm leaked. Then clipped. Lucky to be alive and well, few minor speed wobbles but nothing to worry about.

I had an anurishm burst this March 8 2019 and they put a coil but now another one has form and my doctor say that he can put the stem plus the coil but he say that that can cause a stroke later on. My question is how are you feeling? any feedback is glad ly welcome

My grandfather is gonna get this within a hour. He had got a burst pf nerve in the third layer of brain. I have read so many positive comments down here and willing to write about my grandfather too when he gets fine. From the god's grace my grandfather is doing well now. He is not the way he used to be but not too poor also. His brain processing has decreased and so his voice. She tends to forget some things easily, she has really bad vertigo, her left shoulder has nerve damage ( same as an injury she got working as an entire years ago which the stroke made it worse) and she tends to trip over one of her own feet if she’s not careful

Year 2023 April I survived from subarachnoid Hemorrhage (6.5 Anuerysm) my surgeon's do the coiling and stent but they untouch the other one that did not raptured 2.5. The recovery after the operation quite fast lol 25 days in the ICU almost lost my eyesight but i am so lucky for having a complete healthcare team do thier best to saved me knowing the severity of bleeding up to the back of my eyes.

Enough of it is filled into the aneurysm sack that it can't get out without having to rupture it's way out. If the aneurysm is to wide, they'll use a permanent shaft to keep the coil in place.

David A stay in on certain circumstances depending on the severity of the condition of the aneurysm. I know this I've had this all my life and there is a slow process to get rid of the aneurysm. You cannot just remove it, and it requires treatment every few months in my condition. A cure can come gradually, so operations are done to preserve the status of the aneurysm to make sure it does not rupture again. Over time, a cure can be found if you are patient.

There were signs of recovery in the first week but then he got meningitis, there are constant problems with drainage, chances are slim. I just keep repeating that day in my mind, how we talked an hour before procedure, he was in such a good humour. And I told him, as soon as you can let me know everything went well. But I never received that call. Whatsapp time remained frozen on October 11th, 10.11am

@@TM-lf6os In all honesty, it's hard for me to tell. He survived, almost miraculously as they were giving him 2% maybe. Is out of the hospital in a care facility, but unable to do anything. Whether it's vegetative or minimally conscious state, I am not sure. To me it seems he hears when we talk to him and he does fix a gaze, follows objects, drifts in and out of it. Lost weight, muscles atrophied almost completely. We are hoping he starts to give some consistent signs and responses that would leave no doubt he understands us and is aware.

Yes, I have experience after the endovascular coils some kind of noise in my ears like machine noise I hear that mostly when is quiet other than I am fine. The doctor does not know why. I had this procedure at Mayo Clinic in Florida.

I had severe pain in my head for around 1-2 weeks after the surgery, I needed painkillers. I remember the first week it was difficult to fall asleep. However most the pain did go away. After a month I now have slight dizziness and mild pains lasting 3-20 seconds around the head.

Because the artery that leads to the brain is most accessible at the groin (femoral artery): nearest to the skin and easiest to palpate; anywhere further up would be much deeper and harder to access.
