"Fish maw" is a delicacy that's made into a kind of stew or soup. It is delicious, worth checking out. The pink eggs are "thousand year eggs", a bit of an acquired taste but is another prized delicacy.

Coconut meat is my most favorite thing in the whole wide world. I went to the 15 people meeting once and they all just drank coconut water but gave up on digging for coconut meat inside so I ate all 15 coconut meat. Lol! 🤣🤣👍

There are many streets food in Thailand and all Asia. It is cool you have guides for your first time in Thailand. You have the most luxury mall near your Hotel , the ICON SIAM, you can also find inside a copy a floating market and its food )
