yes. the developers of This Way Madness Lies are fools skipping PS4. PS5 doesnt have as much customers. better on both than just on one generation. PS4 is still purchased and played. most arent getting PS5 unless it costs $200 new.

pretty stoked, as well.... I've had the game since its Kickstarter release, but I seldom play on PC, so, have been (im)patiently waiting for console release for the past 2 years 😅... here's hoping they have an option to use the D-pad, though, coz the demo on XBOX only utilizes the analogue stick, and that is sadly not optimal for these classic, fixed-camera, tank-control style of games

nope. AM Alice didnt invent anything seen in this game. AM Alice copied from the novel, and Alisa is a completely different plot. splitting hairs about the similarities is like saying superheroes with capes are the same.

The developer admitted he never even played those games, his actual inspiration is the 1988 horror version of Alice.

I appreciate trying to bring back 90s horror but Ive played this and it just isnt good at all. They really dont have a handle on fixed camera angles which makes it super frustrating, and those stealth sections are abysmal. Id recommend Tormented Souls instead.

nope. this actually looks better than 99% of the 8-bit/16bit shovelware that releases in markets. plus this style of game is timeless for classic style Resident Evil fans. might as well say Tekken 8 and Street Fighter 6 and any game that uses a portable screen or TV are decades late cause nowadays VR is the new standard and new peak of gaming.
