Today I got the T112 5600W scooter delivered after MONTHS waiting. Box looks like it was thrown off a cliff, all beat up, holes in it, and the head lights were bent. But the big problem is, the back wheel motor doesn't work. When you pull the trigger the rear wheel starts for 1 second very slowly and then stops as the power cuts off. At the same time I hear a loud grinding noise from the battery compartment (could be controller area, not sure) which continues as long as I hold down the throttle trigger even after the wheel stops getting power. At other times wheel doesn't move at all and there's no power to it whatsoever. The front wheel works fine though when in dual mode. In the throttle LCD screen a little letter "M" in a box appears at the top of the screen as well, which according to the manual means "motor fault." You can see what I'm talking about in the video. Any ideas???????? I'm pissed.

most of these scooters little issues like brake pads, adjusting tuning brakes, and or replacing parts can be done at home easily. just that you need to order parts and I agree that takes time. There are some people in USA who might be selling similar type of scooters and they should have parts. but as you can see, they sell scooter at a price of an arm and a leg, imagine how they will charge you for parts and service. just because you did not buy scooter from them
