Yes perfect! Perfect because the state including the judge that signed that order for child support and custody gets a cut of the child support ordered. Doesn’t matter what she wants the state and the judge needs that money for his or retirement fund. Most people do not know this. That’s what’s going on they are making money off keeping her with mom.

My cousin was charged with kidnapping; crossed state lines from Illinois to California.) My cousin not only kidnapped his sons, but his stepdaughter from their mother and her abusive boyfriend. Bottom line, the children never returned back to Illinois to be with their mom. The court gave custody to my cousin who has a criminal record etc., I guess the judge determined that it was best for the children to stay with an individual that has a criminal record than to return them to an abusive home.

What's crazy is that CA law clearly states that a child over the age of 14 is allowed to express preference for which parent they would like to reside with, and the fact that the court ended up deciding on the mother as the primary parent just shows how messed up the judicial system is, especially in CA.

When a kid not only doesn't WANT to go back with a custodial parent, but wants to stay with the other one, it should give police pause & ask themselves WHY!
@pinkrollergirl
@pinkrollergirl 2 ай бұрын
The lady at the end said the mom has custody of the daughter and that is where she should be housed, but not if she is being abused. In every profession there is this mandate to report child abuse. The daughter cries and screams to the police, "I am not going with my mom, she abuses me." Why the hell would you force a child to be in the hands of an abuser, because that is her legal guardian? They should put her with a relative until they can further investigate. How horrifying for the little girl to be forced and not have the system take the allegations seriously, as the system is all about wanting to know about child abuse and reporting it. THIS IS CRAZY, TWISTED THINKING by are so called professionals, all because of a court mandate due to child custody. They don''t always get it right. I do not think the daughter would have been with her father hiding out if he was the abuser. She obviously feels more comfortable with him. Child psychologist and advocates need to talk to the child and stop following what the court wants in this situation. IT is like possibly throwing her into the hands of someone who abuses her if her claims are true, which by her emotional cries I believe they were. The only reason why he got arrested is because under the court custody mandate he wasn't supposed to have his daughter, even if those allegations are true, I don't blame him. What else is he supposed to do? His daughter probably didn't know where to go.
@haineshisway
@haineshisway 2 ай бұрын
Well, here's a little thought - the operative word in your post is IF - IF she's being abused. Right now, we have a young teen making that allegation but until there's an investigation, that's all it is. If you've ever known a disgruntled teen having issues with a mother, especially a mother who may be strict with an unruly teen, then you know that said disgruntled teen will say anything to stay with the other parent who may NOT be strict. We simply do not know.
@pinkrollergirl
@pinkrollergirl 2 ай бұрын
@@haineshisway sure I hear you. but if a child is crying and does not feel safe with a parent even though court order says so, i would think they could make other accommodations until it is further investigated. she is obviously scared of something. my point was that our system is all about reporting child abuse. here a child is saying she is abused, whether false or not so take the comment seriously and investigate before placing back with mom. they just seem to disregard it and say court says you go with mom and that's final.
@haineshisway
@haineshisway 2 ай бұрын
@@pinkrollergirl I agree completely about the investigation. My daughter went through one bad year when she was a teen when she HATED her mother vehemently. She came to live with me, but if that had been a problem I have no doubt she would have said something outrageous so she didn't have to live with her - because my ex-wife was not letting her get away with her stuff. I didn't either, but we were very close and she listened to me and I was nice about the rules I placed on her behavior.

@@haineshisway Bear in mind, Allison's friends are all with her father's side and were hinting about knowing the truth about how Alison felt. She went to the newstation to make a statement, but the newstation has yet to release Alison's statement? Even the woman who found her said Alison should be allowed to voice her opinion. Alison was harassed by cops, her mother tried to instituirionalise her, there are same police reports of the mother and grandfather SAing Alison, according to the father. Its now a he said she said between mom and dad so look to everyone else's reaction. Mom whipped up the case into a possible kidnapping when she prolly knew deep down Alison just wanted to run away. Also why has no one allowed Alison to speak up yet?
@haineshisway
@haineshisway 2 ай бұрын
@@spencerino2760 Obviously, I have no answers, and everything you posit is conjecture because nothing official has happened. The one fact is that if you're talking about the police showing up at here door, no, they weren't harassing her, they were doing their job - maybe not a pleasant job, but a job they were ordered to do by the court. "According to the father" there are some SA reports with the police. Again, the operative words are "according to the father." IF there were such police reports they would have been investigated immediately - THAT is how that works.

Annie explained in court documents that the DA found her charges to be unfounded. Annie then claimed that these were false accusations brought about by what she feels was coaching by the father and parental alienation, which is why she said she wanted to see if Alison could be deprogramed from the parental alienation Annie's claiming and then she stated in those documents that she wants Alison to return to in-person school, honors & AP classes, sports, and debate, as she has still not returned to in-person school and after school activities since Covid. She claimed in that document that she was willing to do joint custody after Jeffery took parenting classes. A clear example of women getting better treatment in the court system. How many police reports of the mother’s abuse and first hand accounts of the abuse does it take? CPS is not a child friendly organization, hopefully this won’t turn tragic. At 12 years old, Allison is old enough to choose which parent she wants to live with. The first interview of Allison’s mom told me everything I needed to know, FAKE tears.

Attention Law Enforcement: a violent attempted kidnapping took place earlier on the day Alison went missing. It was just 30 mins from where Alison was, and the target was a 15 year old girl who fought fiercely & escaped. This man surely drove away in his creepy van, disappointed but resolved to find another young girl to do god-knows what to. The cops still haven’t caught this monster, but they have time to investigate & arrest Alison’s father. Alison is lucky that she has family who protected her and potentially hid her. I’m sure she would have run away to escape her mother’s abuse and forced psychiatric hold, and then she may have been found by that monster in his van while she slept out on the streets. Great job. The justice system gave a little girl to an abuser, let a kidnapper of little girls continue hunting his prey, but we can all sleep well knowing that Alison’s calm, loving father is serving time for disobeying an idiotic and potentially corrupt judge. What a disgrace.

Britney Spears & Bam Margera have been victims of these people. Many others too.

Even if Alison's mom was not abusive (which I'm sure she is), a child at her age should have the right to choose which parent she wants to live with. Forcing her to live with a parents she said abused her is not okay. Even if she didn't want to stay with her mom just because she didn't want to and preferred her dad, the court should let her make that choice.

The police arrested the father out of spite and retribution. This is pathetic. This legal analyst is also completely wrong that the father did something wrong in protecting his daughter. The poor child on camera was sobbi g that her mother was abusing her. The legal analyst is lying that any Court can legally force a child to go home to an abuser. No, that is not correct legally. In fact , the police officer that was harassing and trying to force a child into a police car to go back to an abuser broke the law. Its against the law to force a child to be abused . If media is going to report on this case , please do yourselfs a favor and study Child abuse and endangerment laws before airing a segment.

Sounds like the guy was just trying to stay a dad in his kid's life and is being criminally charged because she went missing.. but what I'm mostly stuck on is if the dad had her in his custody the whole time, how did she end up in Glendale alone in front of a TV studio? and where's her recollection of events?
