In order, my favorite comedians, Dave , Bill Burr, and Ali Sadiq. So glad I saw him on Joe Rogan years ago. Otherwise I never would have known who he was, a comedian, a felon, a fellow Houstonian, an amazing storyteller, And if he watches interviews that he has with Rogan and some of the other podcasters out there he has some of the most intelligent ideas on how to solve society's problems such as homelessness. He's not only funny he's extremely intelligent and wellspoken. The way this man tells stories I can close my eyes and I feel like I'm watching a movie.... It’s very, very rare that I feel the need to speak up and say something more than thank you and send some cash to someone for doing this much for the comedy scene and art as a whole; no idea if you’re going to see this Ali, but this was one of the best sets I’ve ever had the pleasure of not only listening to but watching. The thing about grief is you don't lose someone one day, you lose them everyday. Everyday you gotta wake up and remember they're gone. Doesn't matter how many years pass, you wake up and they're still not there. Ali is an amazing storyteller and it's a great thing to share joy but it's an even greater thing to share pain.
