Wild coastlines, home of perfect waves, grilled sardines and lemon, awe inspiring romantic castles, villages that seem to be designed by the pencil of artists, bustling Lisbon with a colourful palette of everything a traveler would look for in a city.
In this episode we discover Lisbon, The flee market, The Old Tram, ThePastry (Pasteis), Berardo Museum, trendy LX Factory. Then we discover the nostalgic city of Coimbra. Further down south exploring Ocean caves in the Algarve, like the amazing Benagil cave.

i love Portuguese history. so amazing what that little nation accomplished.

@@bconni2 They managed to built the 1st global empire. If you look to the flag you will see the golden sphere, symbol of Portuguese discoveries and at the center the wounds of Christ. Every Portuguese ship was carrying the Christ cross at the sails and that was the 1st christian symbol that many civilizations 1st saw...the order of christ cross:

Quite amazing video, Portugal have many Arabic influences - Mouraria was an Arabic district, and the Portuguese population is a blend of several origins including Arabic that lived here for several centuries.

my mother is from the Algarve and i did a dna test and nothing came up about Arab heritage
